Experience relaxation and rejuvenation in this newly remodeled top-floor cottage suite. As one of three distinct listings in the same building, it offers the charm of a boutique hotel with shared amenities like a washer and dryer. The ocean-view balcony is exclusively yours.

Important Details:

Check-In Process: Complete our check-in forms for a smooth, secure experience. We work with third-party insurance for optional property damage coverage and background checks, ensuring your privacy and security.

Travel Insurance: We recommend travel insurance to protect your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.
No Events/Loud Music: Respect neighbors and guests.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests allowed; no visitors.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly with prior approval. A $150 pet fee per dog applies. No cats allowed.
Construction Notice: Construction is ongoing behind the building but does not affect your ocean view. Construction hours are:

Mon-Fri: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
No work on Sundays.
Upon Departure: Adhere to the checkout time to avoid fees. Late checkouts must be pre-arranged.

Feedback and Reviews: Non-compliance with house rules may result in forfeiting the ability to leave a public review.

Booking Policies:

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 may require approval.
Review Requirement: Low or insufficient reviews may require review.
Long-Term Stays:
For stays over 30 days, a $165 monthly cleaning fee applies, along with a refundable $350 security deposit. The deposit is returned if the property is left in its original condition.

By Booking: You agree to the house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host isn’t responsible for left-behind items. Maintenance may occur with 12 hours’ notice.
