This waterfront home has a cozy coastal feel with a master bathroom that has a king bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and includes a waterfront view. The third bedroom has two full beds, perfect for two kids or even two teens or adults who prefer a larger bed. The living room has a pull out couch that offers an additional twin bed.

The dining room includes a bar and plenty of room to gather, feast and spend time together. The back yard includes loungers, chairs, a table with an umbrella, a fish cleaning station, stainless grill, a dock that can hold a boat up to 35” and a commercial grade ice machine.

With private access to the cabana club within walking distance you can access the private pool, hot tub or beach. You can also walk to Sunset Park to see the best sunsets in the Florida keys and join in with locals and travelers alike to sing along as the sun sets over Key Colony Beach, the gem of the Florida keys.

Key Colony Beach includes its own 8 hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a dog park, jungle gym for kids and a butterfly garden.
