Pets Welcome - Rosy Beach Bungalow Front House

Literally 3 blocks to the beach, this chill little bungalow instantly feels like home. Set up specifically for families who love to walk to the beach and surrounding shops and eateries, we have a pack n' play crib, beach wagon, surf boards and boogie boards! Desk included for our remote workers.

Chill, calm and convenient to everything in Ocean Beach, you will instantly fall in love with our little bungalow.

Bedroom 1: King Bed
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and private bathroom
Long Galley Kitchen with everything you need to start your trip (use some, replace some if you use a lot)
Living Room: Comfy wraparound Sofabed

Please note, the back studio is separated with it's own gate and entrance, please do not disturb the back guests.

We live on the block and regularly stroll by our properties. Please call or txt if you need anything, day or night. :)

Trash and Recycling get picked up monday morning, please put on front curb Sunday night or Monday before 8am. :)

* Pet Policy: $20 per night per pet (ask about our long stay discounts) We love pets, but please keep them off the beds, comforters and sofas. Extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas, or stained/chewed up towels, bedding, carpets, etc. We have provided a vacuum, broom, dustpan just in case you need it for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up)

Shoes off upon entry
NO parties
NO smoking indoors
NO undisclosed visitors or guests
NO pets (unless pre-approved with deposit/fees paid)
NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
