Enjoy the beach in luxurious simplicity at Windmark Beach! This multi house villa is located steps from the Windmark commercial center (restaurants and shops) as well as steps from the beach with incredible views of the water and an old fashioned dog trot porch ! Windfresh Beach House has a separate carriage house and was one of the original properties built at Windmark with high end features. The carriage house king suite with mini kitchen sits on top of the 2 car garage and has enough space from the main house to have a private feel to your stay! Enjoy the multitude of porches (6 to be accurate) and the layout of spaces that invite multiple families to share memories together here. Walking right out onto the boardwalk takes you directly to the beach and water of Windmark beach. This is known as a very private, secluded beach with gentle waves, perfect for kids and also great for adults for long walks and restful days in the sun! The carriage house is great for extra guests and has a large en suite bathroom, it's own separate porch and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker.

This is my all time favorite beach house! I love the quiet community, amenities, short walk to beach & safety. The house was perfect for our group where some needed private space to work while the rest of us wanted to play.

You can’t go wrong with this property! Perfect in every way! The bed swing on the large porch is to die for….especially with the ocean breeze and sounds of nature around you …simply heaven! Great for large groups….excellent layout!

Wow! Beautiful home is an amazing place. The home is in the private beach community called WindMark. It is very quiet and family-friendly. The beach is a short walk away from the back porch. Walkways throughout the community make it fun to take a stroll or a bike ride. The pool is great for kids the deep end is only 4 1/2 feet. So I felt safe letting my kids swim around the pool. The home is very nice just like the pictures. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The decor was current. The kitchen is well stocked and we did not need a thing. Plenty of linens (towels, washcloths, etc.) and a starter kit (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) to help us relax after traveling to the house. I absolutely loved the porches and the giant swing. My husband and I could sit comfortably there while reading to our children. The home is just minutes from downtown Port St. Joe where there are cute boutiques, wonderful restaurants, and a beautiful lighthouse. I would love to come back and stay again. The only reservation I have about coming back again was all the stairs. From the carriage home to the main house are a flight of stairs and two small sets of stairs (changing levels on the porches). Then the kitchen is upstairs in the main home, so if you are staying in the master bedroom make sure you get what you need before leaving the upstairs. There is no T.V. in the master bedroom, but that was fine with us. It gave us an opportunity to catch up on some reading. The master bathroom door was hard to close and when flushing you have to hold the handle down for everything to flush. With 8 guests we had plenty of bathrooms and hot water. The bunk room is super cute and my girls loved it. They didn't want to go home. The host quickly responded to our questions.

Beautiful home! We loved our vacation and this home was perfect for our family. Great location, quick walk to private beach, and short drive to downtown Port St Joe with great shops and restaurants. The home is beautiful and we particularly loved the screened porches and having the carriage house available. Don’t hesitate to book this home!
