Gulf Place is only 0.8 miles away, Grayton Beach's renowned Red Bar is 4.5 miles away, and Seaside is 5.6 miles away. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Longleaf Greenway trailhead, offering 8 miles of forest trails for jogging, hiking, and biking. Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hour

AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 55 minutes from the house.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the house.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
