Beach access is 3 houses away. A total of 1/4 mile walk from doorstep to toes in the water. Home is located on desirable east end of the island, with easy access to causeway, restaurants, shopping and beaches. Canal-front home provides beautiful views from pool and patio.
Single-level home features a fully-stocked kitchen. We have been long-time VRBO renters ourselves, and know what a renter needs! Open floorpan with kitchen, dining and great room all at the center of the home. The home features a full wall of sliding doors and windows for beautiful views of the pool and canal.
Two bedrooms on each wing of the house. The primary suite has a comfortable king bed and an attached bathroom, with walk-in shower and double sink. Primary suite has a sliding door to walk straight out onto the patio. Also on that side of the home is a flexible bedroom/office space, with daybed that expands to a queen bed, a desk/workspace and a closet.
In the other wing of the home is a junior suite, with an ensuite bath, comfortable king bed, closet, and sliding door to patio. Also on that side of the home is a bedroom with two twin beds, large closet space and an adjacent bathroom, with double sinks.
The outdoor space includes a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and TV. The entire space is enclosed by premium no-see-um screens, to avoid pesky bug bites.
The house comes fully furnished. 11% FL sales tax applicable on rentals for less than 6 months. Minimum rental is 14 days, according to Sanibel city regulations. Extra days and their rates in months with more than 28 days are negotiable. We will consider discounts for longer stays.
