Come experience this neighborhood’s natural scenic beauty, culture and amenities! Easy access to Interstates 10, 45, 69, and 610 allows for easy commuting in and out of the neighborhood.

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Please note that there is ongoing roadwork near our property, which may cause daytime noise and minor inconvenience when entering or exiting the apartment.



★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★

We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.



★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 4+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first 3 guests. With each additional guest, a $19/night fee will be applied.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.



★ 2 ADDITIONAL UNITS ★

This property is situated on a lot alongside two other units. Each of the two extra units features a living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. All three units share access to the backyard. Contact the host to inquire about booking 1-3 three units together.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
