Walking in you’ll climb the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a king size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower with a dual head shower. The other 2 bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, the other with a twin bed with trundle and a twin day bed both have smart TVs and share the hall bathroom with step in shower. The stacked washer & dryer are found on this floor. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that access a deck. 

The top floor is where all the family gathering is done. The living room is comfortable, light, and airy with plentiful windows. The dining room table seats 4 and is perfect for meals, a card game or working on a puzzle. The large and well-appointed kitchen has a generous island for meal prep or the meal itself. The island seats another 4. For convenience there is a half bath. The bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The great room and the bedroom both access a deck. 

The exterior is almost as good as the interior with a hot and cold running enclosed outside shower and soon-to-arrive an outside dining set. Located a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Your days will be spent collecting shells and shark’s teeth on the beach and your evenings enjoying a glass of wine with your group while listening to waves crash on the beach. 

Located only 2.1 miles from the center of Surf City, you are a 12-minute trip by car to the many unique shops and great restaurants that Topsail has to offer. Should you grow tired of our unspoiled beach (as if that’s possible) or you have a rainy day, head just over the bridge. On the mainland side of Surf City, you’ll find the close, convenient grocery stores (Food Lion, Neighborhood Wal-Mart, Publix) as well as fun shops, restaurants and activities.

This home allows dogs, cats are not allowed. There is a $300.00 per pet non-refundable fee. If bringing more than 1 dog please call our office. 

Guest Access: Keyless entry or Lockbox. Our properties are individually owned. Our guests will have use of the entire property. 

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward to the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
