Experience modern luxury in our newly constructed home with a spacious, open floor plan and towering ceilings in the living areas. Sleeps 6 with ease, featuring a comfortable full bed in the main bedroom, and two full beds in the upstairs loft. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary tools for cooking, such as pots and pans, spices, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Enjoy meals at the dining table with supplied dishes, silverware, and serving ware. Make memories and relax in style. The outdoor area consists of a covered metal gazebo with a fire pit and four outdoor Adirondack chairs. You can find a nice grass semi-fenced backyard, along with a picnic table as well.
Guests can find ample parking when arriving at the home, and you will see that getting to the Airbnb is also very easy and right off the main Highway 101. You will find that the house is on a quiet corner lot, with little noise or action.

This home is located right next to Port Angeles and also very close to Sequim. Being centrally located makes for easy access to either or and is very close to all nearby hikes and attractions. Enjoy a short drive/walk down to the famous Olympic Discovery trail right across the main highway, which follows along a lovely creek. You are next door to some of the best hikes in the area: Deer Park, Lake Crescent, Hurricane Ridge, Silver Lake, Storm King, and Victoria, British Columbia.

*Please note that our tiny home Airbnbs have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.
- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- Please, no pets on the furniture
- Please make sure to pick up after your pet.
- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft. We hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and of the linens.
- Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home. There is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level we have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that. Please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
