This condo is located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to:

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

Panorama Ski Hill: The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.

A single underground parking space is included. Note that the space has lower-than-normal discharge piping above, so smaller vehicles are best suited for the space. There are visitor parking spaces available as well.

A car is needed to get here, but the unit is centrally located so many amenities are within walking distance. However, should you wish to explore the full Valley, a car will be necessary.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 7 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although a single (1) non-shedding dog under 20lbs is permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible time staying at this property. The condo is one of the cleanest and well equipped places we’ve ever stayed at. Very comfortable and spacious, large unit. We enjoyed the larger balcony that this condo offered compared to some of the other units and the view was great too. Our kid had a blast at the pool and the amenities were very clean and well kept as well. Fabulous place and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location

We loved how the condo is close to everything. You can walk down to the beach, it’s that close. We were close enough to panorama, radium and fairmont that we could easily tour, hike, raft or eat in any of those locations. The condo was well equipped and we were appreciative of the staples of spices, oil, sugar etc.with the hot weather we were thankful for the air conditioning. Great place I would definitely recommend and come back.

Wonderful stay in Invermere

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in Invermere. This suite is part of the Lake Windermere condo complex. It's a huge complex with several units. With many families vacationing, it has a real resort feel to it. We met several friendly families spending our time by the pool. Our unit was clean, updated and had a great location. Great communication with the owner. You can see the pride in ownership when you enter the condo. Its about a 4 minute walk to the James Chabot beach, or you can simply hang at the complex pool. Both really fun for our 3 kids (9,13,14). Invermere is a wonderful option for those travelling from Calgary or Edmonton. It's a reasonable drive and provided every bit the fun and activities that you would find in the Okanogan. We'll definitely be back!

Wall thermostat could not be set needed a password. It was either too hot or too cold. I misplaced my customized green ear plug in master suite; the cleaners may discover it in the bedding? (When looking under the bed for my ear plug, I saw that it needs to be cleaned under beds. Reversed garburator sink plug which needs to be tended too. Overall, it was a welcoming environment. Thank you for all the assistance prior and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Invermere. The property is well-maintained with three stunning rooms and a fantastic view. It was stocked with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Initially, the front door code didn’t work, but a quick call to the management company resolved the issue swiftly. We found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard, which wasn't a major problem. However, the coffee pot was not the original one for the coffee machine, leading to some spills. Additionally, the AC control unit was password-locked, so we couldn't adjust it ourselves. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo for a short break in Invermere.
