Stylish family-friendly home in a peaceful and safe residential community within walking distance to playgrounds and parks. The home is on a peaceful street yet a close drive to shopping plaza. You will feel at home in this bright and open space featuring a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms.
This is a single family home split into two separate apartments. This listing is the lower level - 2 bedroom, 1 bath with laundry, and backyard. It does NOT include the upper level. If the upper unit is occupied, noise from the steps above may be heard.
**Home Higlights**
• Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea for all your cooking needs.
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens.
• Plenty of parking on the driveway as well as in front of the house.
• Sit around the fireplace with the cracking sound of fire or enjoy some outdoor game on the large and flat lawn in the backyard.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Guests staying in the upper level have a separate entrance and will not interfere/have access to the upper level. That being said, you may hear guests in the upper level.
• The home has a one zone heating and the thermostat is not in this unit (in the upper floor unit). However, the thermostat will be kept at a comfortable 68 degrees during the colder seasons. Portable heaters and fans for each space are provided for additional temperature control as needed.
• The upper level (VRBO ID 3019296) and Whole House (VRBO ID 3021128) are also available to rent.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
