Welcome to your vacation villa .The enternainer's world !You and your family and friends will definetly enjoy this private quite cul-de-sac street house. Backyard with built in BBQ With a 10 person bar area , fire pit, and 8 person dining table .The perfect place to spend with friends and family with plenty of room to accomodate up to 12 guests .This home is 4 bedrooms ,3 Bath.3bedrooms upstairs including the masterbedroom .One bedroom with kingsize bed is downstairs next to a full bathroom . .
Please note, this property is minimum 30 day rental only.

Pool service is Monday and Thursday between 7-9 am. If you bring a pet, please ensure he/she is inside during pool service times.
Renters are responsible for all the fines or city citations, in case of a violation.

Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
Pets:
Some pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet) Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet.Maximum of 2 pets.Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed.

Minimum 25 years of age to book.
Parking:

Noise:
Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with a NoiseAware volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. From 8am-9pm, outdoor noise is limited to no more than 60 decibels. Quiet hours is from 9pm-8am, during which outdoor noise is limited to no more than 30 decibels. During quiet hours, there can be absolutely no amplified noise outside, even if the noise is coming from inside the home. These are city regulations and we need to abide by . Upon the first notification from NoiseAware of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $500 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.
Good Neighbor Policy: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to a minimum $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager. HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
