Wenn Sie nach einer hervorragenden Ferienwohnung in Poipu Beach mit neu installierter, wandmontierter Fujitsu-Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss suchen, ist Kahele Kai eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Das Haus hat einen geräumigen Grundriss, die obere Ebene hat ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit Whirlpool, ein zweites Schlafzimmer und Bad, eine Küche mit Meerblick, einen Wohn- und Essbereich und eine komfortable überdachte Veranda, die sich hervorragend zum Grillen eignet und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Pazifischen Ozean genießen. Auf der Einstiegsebene befindet sich das gemütliche Familienzimmer mit einer bequemen Couch, die perfekt zum Fernsehen geeignet ist und die Erwartungen übertrifft. Es gibt auch eine Mini-Küche, ein Bad und das 3. Schlafzimmer. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Personen.
Vom zentralen Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss und der großen überdachten Veranda aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und tropische Palmen. Brennecke's Beach und Poipu Beach sind beide von Kahele Kai aus zu sehen. Brenneckes Strand ist nur 75 Meter entfernt und bietet das beste Body-Boarding auf der Insel. Poipu Beach ist vielseitig mit einem Babystrand, Schnorcheln, Schwimmen in der Waiohai Bay und beliebten Surfspots. Nach einem langen Tag am Strand können Sie zu Fuß zu den ungezwungenen und gehobenen Restaurants in der Umgebung gehen.
Dieses zweistöckige Haus verfügt über hohe Decken, Oberlichter und Aussicht von jedem Fenster. Es gibt einen Lavasteingarten, der die Außendusche umgibt, einen Garten mit Zitrus- und Bananenbäumen sowie einen Kräutergarten. Das Dekor beinhaltet das Surfbrett, das der Besitzer verwendet hat, als er seiner Frau vor über 30 Jahren am Strand einen Vorschlag machte. Kahele Kai (Übersetzung "Weg zum Meer") ist mit Strandspielzeug und einer Vielzahl von Babyausrüstungen ausgestattet, darunter Porta Crib, Babygates und eine Babyschale, die am Esstisch befestigt ist.

Das Haus befindet sich nun WIRKLICH in der Nähe von Poipu und Brenneckes Strand. Beide Strände sind von zu Hause aus zu sehen. Great location!

It was a short walk to some very nice beaches. We slept 7 people in the house very comfortably and had everything we needed at the house. We appreciated the beach chairs and the kids loved the boogie boards. The view of the water was very limited. Everyone enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing place to stay

This was one of our first attempts at a family vacation home instead of a hotel. This house really worked well for our family of 8. It was clean, tidy, and just perfect for our needs. It’s a block away from the beach so it was quiet. But with a short walk we were staring at the ocean and some of the best beaches on the island. Thanks for sharing the house so we could create such awesome memories! Highly recommend because we could hang out and share stories at the end of the day in the family room and eat a bowl of cereal whenever I wanted…:)

The house is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Poipu365 was very responsive to texts. The only caution which is out of the hands of the owner are the middle of the night and early morning crows of the many roosters which are everywhere on the island.

Great house!

Overall, the house was very clean and in a spectacular location right next to three different beaches. The layout of the house was great with a separate living room downstairs a very lovely spacious main floor with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the beach. They were plenty of beach chairs and beach equipment provided. Our only concern was that the property manager said we could go at 9 am and it would be cleaned and the cleaners were still there at 2pm, so I would just stick with your check in time at 4. Also, we did have a power outage, and there was only one flashlight, not sure how often that happens. We would love to return. It is a fantastic home.

Our family stay was outstanding! We have been to Poipu as a couple many times renting condos. This time we brought the whole family and had a party of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house is in a great location allowing us to walk to the beach and not have to pack up vehicles for our beach days. The house was well stocked with everything a family may need for an extended stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful home - 9 of us comfortable for 7 nights

The house had all the amenities and proximity that you’d have a great poipu vacation. brennekke and Poipu beaches were essentially our back yards and we’re able to easily get out and enjoy the sunset while the kids played at the beach and enjoyed a shave ice. We were three families, one with two kids, one with one child and then the grandparents. The house was big enough that we were all comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect Group / family getaway

The house is spacious and close to the beach (easy walking distance even with toddlers). House comes with all the beach things you need (wagon, chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas). Access to Poipu. Each Club was a huge bonus. Communication with management was great. Highly recommend.

Family Trip

We are a nuclear family with ages ranging from 3 to 97 that saw this home and thought it would be the perfect place for us to vacation for our first time in Hawaii. It was absolutely amazing, so peaceful and beautiful, the furnishings were great, it was literally home away from home. The main level living was perfect for our Papa who is 97 and our Preteen young man who appreciates his time alone, but food close by. The upstairs was perfect as far as bedrooms go everything was wonderful. One of the things we miss the most is the deck, sitting out there and listening to the ocean and the birds, watching the sunset the amazing colors. Absolutely amazing paradise like place. Just around the corner to the beach, and the beach toys that are provided for use are wonderful. The air conditioning is awesome I thought that it really wouldn’t matter, but it is much more comfortable having air conditioning. The only frustration that we had, was that the main refrigerator and the ice machine did not work.

Excellent property very near beach

We had a wonderful stay at Kahele Kai. It was just as advertised with ocean views and short walkable distance to the beach. The property was spacious for our 7 extended family members. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well outfitted including an extra small coffeemaker for our decaf person. One thing to be aware of is that the athletic club included with the rental while an excellent place is a good distance if walking.

Amazing location, view, and home!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its management. I scoured the internet to find a home that would be comfortable with a good layout, have a great location, affordable, and be decorated in an inviting way. This house has it all! My husband and I traveled with my parents who are in their upper 70s and our children who are 9, 11, and 14. It met all our needs. In fact, there is plenty of space for bigger families or even two families vacationing together. The boys shared a spacious bedroom in the lower level that also has a living space couch, mini kitchen, high top table, tv, bathroom, and couch. Very nicely decorated. Upstairs has an open layout with beautiful views of the ocean. We often ate outside on the lanai to enjoy the fabulous breeze, overhead fans, and great views. The kitchen has everything you need. All drawers and cabinets are stocked and super organized. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and have great AC units (as does the basement bedroom and family area). They are relatively quiet and super efficient. There are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and a big cooler. Fantastic for taking to the beach. It is close to the action (easily walkable) to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach and the Puka Dog restaurant. Delicious hot dogs with a variety of specialty relishes and sauces. The management team is great. They answered all of our questions and were so accommodating. I give this house and management a five star rating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here. The second stay was a good as the first with one exception. One of the reasons that we stayed here was the air conditioning. The main room air worked fine but the bedrooms and lower room units did not work at all. I was notified on our second day there that a repair service would be coming out to fix the units (which meant that they had not worked properly for the previous renters). They came and worked on the units but could not get them working. I reported this but got no response. The rest of the unit was wonderful and just as I remembered. I would go back again in a heartbeat. A credit of some amount would be appreciated for the inconvenience of NO air conditioning when it was expected.

We have three different “family groups” and everyone had great space and sufficient privacy. The dining space was wonderful for our group and we used the lanai constantly.

Kauai rental home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property rental was in a great location, the rental agent responded to any phone calls we made, after we realized they were using our home phone number instead of our cell number. A couple of us have a scent allergy and there was perfume smell when we entered the house especially in the lower level and a bit of dampness smell in lower level, but opening the windows and turning up the air conditioner in lower level helped and we rewashed the sheets as they smelled of scented fabric softener. Overall the rental was wonderful with a bit of communication problems, as I had sent an email about our scent allergy. The house was equipped with everything we needed, beach towels, cooler, chairs, beach umbrellas, all dishes and kitchen items needed. The house has a wonderful layout, beautifully landscaped, near ocean and a great view from the balcony, loads of ceiling fans and we were able to keep the house cool without using the air conditioners on top floor. Good price value for us seven.

Kahele Kai - Fantastic Home and Location!

This home has it all! The location is a very short walk to incredible beaches that meet everyone's needs. The closest beach is excellent for boogie boarding, then one block further is a shallow inlet that is perfect for small children (not to mention up close sea turtles daily), and a few steps further is fantastic snorkeling. Great food, shave ice, and restrooms are all centrally located. The home itself offers 3 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's an ideal setup for 3 couples/small families traveling together. The house is well stocked with essentials, boogie boards, towels, beach toys and chairs. Breakfasts and barbecues hanging out on the lanai are a special treat. Having access to the sports, gym, pool, and food/drinks at the Poipu Athletic Club is a great perk of this property! We will definitely be back!

Adult family holiday

My husband and I took our adult children and a partner to Poipu and stayed at Kaheli Kai for 12 days. It was the first time in many years we were all together for the holiday and it was a PERFECT location and home for our trip. The house was spacious with lots of room to break into different groups. The view from the deck was spectacular. The walkability to the beach for swimming and surfing and some local shops was so convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. We had one problem (broken TV from power surge) that was addressed immediately with a new TV in less than 24 hours so we could have a fun movie night. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
