This brand new custom, saltwater pool home was designed and built to be an elevated, relaxed escape from the hustle and bustle of life. With the Atlantic Ocean at the East end of the street, and the Intracoastal waterway at the West end of the street - you'll be immersed in a saltwater paradise.

Starting at the low-country style front porch, sit back, relax and soak up the local atmosphere as folks head to Cap's down the street for dinner, or beachgoers walk by, heading to the surf. Around sunset be sure to keep an eye to the sky for the ibis, egrets and herons flying overhead to bed down for the night.

Step inside the front door and you'll be welcomed by a light, bright, coastal, and elegant design. The open-layout kitchen, dining area, and living room create a spacious atmosphere; perfect for socializing and spending quality time with friends and family.

Head straight out to the backyard oasis where you'll forget about everything else...The covered lanai houses a pecky cypress outdoor kitchen where you can grill your catch on the stainless gas grill, grab a cold beverage from the sleek mini fridge, and the bar sink makes cleanup a breeze.
Call dibs on your lounge chair under the private vaulted cabana and drift away after poolside breakfast.

Watching the palm fronds sway in the breeze while you float in the saltwater pool and spa at the Villa will have you in an island state of mind.
An on-demand gas-fired spa heater reaches desired temp within minutes. You will be provided a tablet that controls the spa heater functions. This tablet is not for any other use during your stay. The spa seats 5-6 adults comfortably...it's amazing :)
(*Note: The pool is not heated.)

If you're lucky, you'll find yourself under the cabana with your favorite book while an afternoon shower rains on the metal roof. When the clouds clear, dip in the pool before preparing for dinner.
We have a garden hose up front to rinse the sand off as well as an outdoor shower in the back and plenty of hooks to hang towels and swimsuits on.

Back inside and rounding out the first floor is the laundry rm, the pool/powder bath and the first of 2 King Bed Suites. This suite has its own attached bath complete with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. It also has a private door that leads out to the covered lanai area, providing easy access for a refreshing swim or relaxation by the pool.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the second King Bed Suite with luxurious, private attached bath. Choose between the double vanity sinks and dial in your favorite temperature in the oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads and control levers. Head down the hallway to find 2 private Queen guest rooms, and a spacious hall bath with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower.

Each bathroom is stocked with Public Goods brand pump bottle body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. These toiletries are paraben and sulfate-free, all-natural and smell amazing!

The Villa has a variety of toys included with your stay.

~The Vilano Beach Villa~ is conveniently located 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, FL, yet tucked into a quaint seaside neighborhood between the sands of the Atlantic Ocean and the intracoastal waterway.
This charming neighborhood is laid-back and exudes good vibes from sunrise to sunset.

From the home - It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, neighborhood restaurant and bar (Cap's), which we highly recommend!...Our faves are the Tuna Tartare and ordering drinks on the pier, while watching boats pass by under the tiki hut.
It is also a short walk to the Reef Oceanfront Restaurant. (*We like to walk to the beach, then walk down the beach - entering the Reef property from the sand. They have a garden hose you can rinse your feet off with, and slip your sandals back on.)
Aunt Kate's is also a super quick drive over a few streets and a great spot to grab lunch (Don't expect anyone to be in a hurry here!) Fishermen often clean their catch at the bait shop and the boat ramp usually has something going on.
Please drive carefully through our neighborhood, as there are usually kids, dogs and other folks out and about riding bikes, or on walks.
