Welcome to our higher-end mountain retreat, designed to host! 3 levels, 9 beds including 3 kings, hot tub, equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, games, foosball, arcade system, HUGE stone fireplace and 2 others, BBQ, play structure, LARGE deck, fenced backyard, and more. Dogs are welcome.
Perfect location, with mountain views from the great room and large deck, and hundreds of miles of hiking, and mountain biking trails accessible from the front door.
Central to ski resorts and the lake: ~9 miles to Heavenly Village and the casinos, ~11 miles to Sierra at Tahoe, and ~6 miles to the lake. Also, easier to get in and out of town, bypassing Pioneer Trail to Highway 50.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

*Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period
*El Dorado County does not allow hot tub use between 10pm and 8am

*Please put trash in bear box
*We do not have air conditioning in the home. Most homes in Tahoe still don't, as it's usually not needed with the cooler days and nights we have. We do have extra fans in the closet if needed.
*Driveway, and door have camera for security. NoiseAware noise level sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
