Dies ist ein perfekter Zufluchtsort für große Familien, einen Arbeitsurlaub oder einfach nur weg vom Geschäft des Lebens! Unsere Hütte verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer sowie einen Dachboden, 4 Badezimmer, eine große Terrasse mit einem Holzkamin, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen Kocheinrichtungen und viele Spielsachen und Spiele für die Kinder. Wir haben vier Kinder zwischen der Familie meines Bruders und unserer und haben immer zusätzliche Familien für das Wochenende. Es gibt viel Platz für alle, mit unseren Lieblingszeiten auf der Terrasse sitzen, während die Kinder die Natur erkunden!

Wir befinden uns versteckt in einer Sackgasse und kehren zurück zum Bergreservat. Reiten ist nur ein paar Meilen von der Hütte entfernt, sowie viele Wanderwege und sieben Kaltwasserseen. Es gibt viel zu tun für diejenigen, die die Natur genießen!

Kabinenlayout:

* Zwei Master-Schlafzimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer Nr. 1 befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Vollbad, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen zusätzlichen Sitzbereich mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt ein Loft mit einem ausklappbaren Futon in voller Größe direkt neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer Nr. 1.
Master-Schlafzimmer # 2 befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten, Vollbad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank.

* Drei Gästezimmer.
Zwei Gästezimmer haben große Betten. Gästeschlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat ein erhöhtes (oberes Etagenbett) und ein Doppelbett darunter. Dies ist ein großartiger Raum für Kinder, da wir ihn als "Spielzimmer" bezeichnen.

* Küche beinhaltet; Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, alle Kochutensilien und Grundgewürze.

* Wohnzimmer beinhaltet; Sat-TV und Gaskamin.

Es gibt eine fabelhafte, entspannende überdimensionale Terrasse mit einem Holzkamin, Surround-Sound und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort, um vor dem Abendessen mit Freunden und der Familie bei einem Buch oder einer Happy Hour zu entspannen.

~ Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören: ein Hundezwinger, ein Gasgrill, zwei Holzkohlegrills, ein eigener Pokertisch, Pack-n-Play, ein Hochstuhl, Kinderteller, Tassen, Utensilien und viele Spiele / Spielsachen. (Corn-Hole-Spiel ist ein großer Hit! Es ist ein Sitzsackspiel, das jedes Alter unterhält.

Family Weekend

What a beautiful cabin!! This cabin was the perfect setting for our family weekend with our 3 grown daughters and their spouses. This property is set in a quiet neighborhood that backs up to the woods. There was plenty of space for the 8 adults and an 18 month old. The dogs really loved the woods, the trails nearby and the outdoor patio area. We all spent a lot of time on the outdoor covered patio enjoying the fires in the fireplace and the cool fresh air. The dog run was really convenient too. We will definitely come back!

First class cabin!!!

We go up north often and this trip was by far the best! Cabin was clean, well organized, and the little touches made it first class! The set up was perfect for what we and our fur babies needed! And for the first time we’ve ever rented, the owner called us to ask us if we were enjoying our stay. Again, first class all the way rent this cabin and have a great experience like we did.!

Perfect Peaceful Setting

Lots of room for everyone and the cabin is in a very peaceful place in Forest Lakes. Because of the location it feels like you are the only cabin in the area if you are inside or out on the deck. The deck is fantastic, big, and with the fireplace, a perfect place to sit and relax with the family. Our 5th time here and we will hopefully be back for more. Thank you

Wonderful Cabin!

My family (Our kids, grandkids, and dogs) gets together in a cabin every year and this is the best one so far! We spent almost every night around the outside fireplace playing games and drinking coffee/hot chocolate. The deck and the dog run are both enclosed, so it made it easy on the dogs and it was great having the two master bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning cabin! Peaceful Stay!

My family and I go to Forest Lakes every 4 th of July. This is the first time staying in this cabin and hopefully won’t be the last. The cabin had everything we needed plus more . The host was super responsive to all my questions that came up. Very thankful for amazing service and the cleanliness, along w all the ample . The large patio with the fire pit and plenty of sitting areas was our favorite part and place to hang out :). Thank you

Great Family Getaway...

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway away from the city and the heat and this definitely fit the bill. It is a wonderful location, and it worked perfectly for our large family (my husband and I, our grown kids, and our grandkids, along with our dogs). The large porch is a great place to hang out, and we loved the fact that it backed right up to the National Forest. The house has great space and plenty of amenities. We could tell that the owners took great care of the place and seemed to think of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for large families and pets

Winter storm ruined our family camping plans but we feel so lucky that we were able to find this awesome place. Great location! The place easily accommodated our family of 9 and our 2 dogs. The snow was beautiful and everyone had a great time building snowmen and sledding. We used the fireplace out front daily for relaxing watching the snow and making smores. Everything was clean, stocked, and worked properly. Ready to come back in the summer time to enjoy all the hiking trails and lakes!

Beautiful cabin in the pines!

We've stayed at this cabin for years and love it! There is plenty of sleeping room for 3 families and our kids as they've grown up. Beautiful deck, and a terrific outdoor fireplace to enjoy the evenings. We bring our bocce and cornhole to have fun around the cabin, and also our dogs for walks around the neighborhood. The large table in the kitchen is perfect for our entire group to enjoy dinner together, or play board games and cards. We are so grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful cabin with us year after year - it is part of our family's (and our friends') treasured memories.

Winter Wonderland getaway

Five Stars!!

This property exceeded all of our expectations from beginning to end. John checked in with us the day we arrived to make sure we found the place, which we all appreciated. To me it shows he cared and I liked the personal touch. I must say that we all shared the same opinion that the pictures really don’t show just how beautiful and clean the place is. The outdoor deck with the fire pit was my favorite and the hosts spoiled us with a welcome gift filled with everything to make s’mores. This was my 5 year old’s favorite and her smile said it all. Beds were all over the place (in a good way) to comfortably sleep 10+ and there is a fenced dog run with a doggy door so you don’t worry about your pets when they need to go outside. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Great family getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time and would come back. Pictures really didn’t do it justice in terms of the size. PLENTY of space for my family of 5, and my mom with plenty of room to spare. Location was beautiful, and we loved our mornings at the various lakes/hiking, and our afternoons relaxing on the extra large patio and grilling. Thank you!

Beautiful Cabin, great location

We had a family reunion of 8 adults and 2 kids and 1 pet. We stay in Forest Lakes every summer, but this is the first time at this cabin. It was very large and accommodating. Loved the large porch. We spent a lot of time on the porch having dinners and breakfasts, playing games, and enjoying the refreshing mountain air. There was plenty of bed space to easily handle our group. I liked the fact it had two side by side refrigerator/freezers. I pre-make almost all meals and vacuum seal/freeze prior to the 12 day trip. This gave plenty of space for the meals plus all the fish we caught at Willow Springs lake which is nearby. 2 refrigerators was also great for storing lots of drinks. They also had great setup for dogs. We had one and they have a doggie door in the laundry room which takes him outside to a nicely fenced in area. Two grills was also nice when cooking steaks/burgers for a large group. If our crowd is this big next year, we will more than likely stay here again. Highly recommend for any large group.

We, my family of four and my brothers’ family of four, bought this as a second home to get away from the Phoenix heat. The cabin was originally three bedroom and we recently completed a remodel, adding two additional bedrooms and extending the front patio. We take great pride in our cabin and have created many lasting memories with family and friends. It is a great place to connect and enjoy the beautiful weather on the Mogollon Rim.
