Dodger stadium is less than 5 miles away.

All appliances, furniture, decor, beds and mattresses are new.


There are two homes on the property and this is the front house. It has a two car garage and you also have the option of parking in front of the garage (still gated) as long as you do not block the driveway. There's also plenty of street parking just be aware of street signs. Trash days are Mondays so expect the streets to be busy Sunday night/ Monday mornings.


The main gate will require you to put a pin to open and then once you have entered, put the pin on the side to close it. This is important because the gate will not automatically close! Also important to note because the back house will have to do the same so you may see them coming in but they are asked to respect your space and privacy! Once you have checked in, there will be a clicker waiting for you inside for easier access!


The EV charger is universal. Teslas typically come with adapters which will come in handy.

Guest access
Unfortunately this space is not ADA accessible. Guests are limited to front yard usage ONLY and should not block the driveway. The house does have a gate for privacy and safety purposes although this neighborhood is very safe!

Other things to note
As stated, there are two homes on the property so there may be people driving past your home to get to the back. They have their own area and are asked to respect your privacy as is asked of you! Since they will require the space in front of their garage to enter/exit, you only have access to your front yard for outside purposes.


I understand wanting to travel with your pet so even though pets are allowed, there is a $150 fee for extra cleaning that will be needed. Please communicate in advance if you are planning on bringing a pet.
