The space
Sugar Sandcastle features an open-concept floor plan, high ceilings, and generous natural light all throughout the 3-bedroom corner-unit condo. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably, whether you’re planning an adults-only retreat or your little ones just need extra space to unwind.
Comfort and rest are prioritized in all sleeping areas, with dedicated sleeping space for up to 8 people. A queen-sized air mattress is also available upon request for groups sleeping 9-10.

Each bedroom offers a full en suite bathroom, with the primary en suite boasting a spacious double vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. En suite bathrooms for bedroom two and bedroom three consist of single vanities and combination shower/bathtubs.

Guest access
A mostly-shaded walking trail across 30A connects the Sugar Sandcastle condo to its private deeded beach. Given the short walk, use of cars, golf carts, or bikes is not mandatory. Come and go from the sandy shore with ease!
Please note: access to the private deeded beach is restricted to residents and guests of the condominium. A current, confirmed reservation is required to access the private deeded beach.
The condominium features a private pool shared between all residents and guests of the property. Cable TV and a grill are available for use in the pool area.
Uncovered, unreserved parking spots are available in the parking lot on property. Parking is first-come, first- serve. Guests are allowed to park no more than two (2) cars maximum per condo in the property parking lot.
Other things to note
La Dolce Vita can deliver beach chairs right to the private beach. Make sure to select 30A South Walton > Heritage Dunes location > Eastern side.
