☆ Family-Friendly Comfort: As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones, so our space is thoughtfully designed for young families! We provide Pack 'n Plays with crib sheets and a high chair for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy kid-friendly dishware, including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils. Plus, there’s a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.

Some budget airlines, such as Allegiant Air, operate from here. It typically takes about 10-15 minutes to reach this airport.
• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 18 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed
