☆ Air Conditioning: Our unit does not have air conditioning, we do provide fans for the extra hot summers and there is often a cool ocean breeze.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $65 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
