Great house - horrible managment
Honestly, the only bad part of our stay was the managment company. We arrived at 9PM on Saturday and the fridge did not work. We had just picked up $800 of groceries for the week. We started calling the after hours line and it would just hang up on you. I left a message on the regular line and they did call back - but this all took an hour. Someone was supposed to come, but he did not show up until 12:30AM. At this point we found that the WIFI and microwave did not work either. So after 4 hours of our groceries sitting out, he brought us an extra fridge, discovered that management had provided the wrong WIFI information and reset the breakers to get the oven/microwave to work. Later we discovered that none of the TVs upstairs would work. He came back the next day and fixed those.
Also when we got there, the cleaning staff had left all the old trash from the previous clean in bags on the 2nd level and dirty linens in the laundry room. We had to clean all of that. I had to email every day with management to get things resolved. Most days I got no answer. I finally called and spoke to someone and they said the manager had been off and would deal with me when she got back. The manager had told me they would reimburse us for our cold items that had ruined and she did not speak to me until the day before we were leaving. We did not get a reimbursement until we left. Good thing I was able to front the money to buy new groceries a second time!!!
