This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse comfortably accommodates 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll find two king beds, a twin bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest. Large windows throughout the townhouse let in the beautiful High Rockies sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tennis Townhomes offers a range of shared amenities, including an outdoor heated pool next to a clubhouse with a hot tub, sauna, and changing rooms.

Keystone’s lifts can be accessed by a quick shuttle ride, and one of Keystone’s two golf courses is only 2 miles away. Lakeside Village, Keystone Lodge & Spa, and the Keystone Conference Center are all within walking distance - close enough that guests have the option to walk home from the Conference Center during breaks. Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is only 6 miles up the road. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco are all within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are both within 30 minutes. While you're close to all of Keystone's attractions, you'll also enjoy the tranquility of being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The sunken living area is a comfortable retreat, featuring ample seating, a flat-screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to a private balcony through double glass doors. For those who need a quiet workspace, there's an additional living space above the main area with a desk and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware, making it easy to prepare meals away from home. You'll find seating for six at the dining table, with room for four more at the breakfast bar. On the main level, there's a guest bedroom down the hall, equipped with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. The first guest bathroom is conveniently located on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and initial toiletries. You'll also appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, making your stay even more convenient.

Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom and the second guest bedroom. Both rooms feature vaulted ceilings and picturesque mountain views. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a selection of books for your entertainment. The upper-level guest bathroom is just at the top of the stairs, completing the convenient layout of this inviting townhouse.

Poor unit and customer service

My family and I decided to go up for the holidays over Christmas Eve and Christmas. We brought food with us knowing that everything would be closed. We brought meals to grill. When I made the reservation, I looked at their description and it said they had a grill. I also noticed the grill was in one of their pictures. When we got there, there was no Grill when I contacted the property about it they said they had to remove it for insurance and they were sorry for not updating their website. Since everything was closed, we had no options other than eat the junk food and snacks. When I got home and contacted the property management asking for some kind of compensation for this they said they were sorry but due to their rental agreement I signed, they were unable to help me. I wasn’t expecting a full refund but a little bit more compensation would’ve been nice considering it wasn’t my fault that they misrepresented their. The unit itself had a strange odor to it, the guest bed in the bottom bedroom was unmade. The sink in the master bedroom did not drain. I would not recommend staying here just purely based on the poor customer service and management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I decided to go up for the holidays over Christmas Eve and Christmas. We brought food with us knowing that everything would be closed. We brought spaghetti for one night and steaks for the other night. They did not have the equipment to Grill or cook the steaks in the unit nor would we want to because they were really good Expensive steaks meant for a grill . When I made the reservation, I looked at their description and it said they had a grill. I also noticed the grill was in one of their pictures. When we got there, there was no Grill when I contacted the property about it they said they had to remove it for insurance and they were sorry for not updating their website. Since everything was closed, we had no options other than eat the junk food that we brought and leftovers from the night before that we cooked on Christmas Eve. When I got home and contacted the property management asking for some kind of compensation for this they said they were sorry but due to their rental agreement I signed, they were only required to offer us $58. I wasn’t expecting a full refund but a little bit more compensation would’ve been nice considering it wasn’t my fault that they misrepresented their Unit The $58 wouldn’t even cover my family of four to go out to eat if that was even an option as everything was closed because of Christmas. Also, they had a broken wine glasses in their cupboard, the master bedroom sink does not drain, housekeeping didn’t even finish making all the beds in the bottom guest bedroom. And upon arrival, the unit smelt of stale trash. I was very disappointed in this unit and even more disappointed in the customer service. I would not stay here or recommend it.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
