LBI, Brant Beach, NJ - Genießen Sie unser luxuriöses Ferienhaus am Atlantik. Unser erhöhtes Haus liegt an einem der höchsten Punkte der LBI und hat keine Überschwemmungen oder Hurrikanschäden erlitten.

Es gibt drei Etagen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Ein offenes Reverse Living-Design bietet ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine Küche und ein Halbbad in der obersten Etage, einschließlich einer 180-Grad-Oceanfront-Wrap-around-Fiberglas-Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und einem Außentisch mit Stühlen. Unser Haus verfügt über Sonnenaufgang am frühen Morgen und den Sonnenuntergang über der Barnegat Bay.

Die zweite (mittlere) Etage bietet Platz für 8 in 4 Schlafzimmern (1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett, 4 Einzelbetten) sowie 2 kompletten Badezimmern, darunter ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool und separater Dusche. 3 Schlafzimmer haben Meerblick und direkten Zugang zu einer überdachten Terrasse. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch eine Waschküche und ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Erdgeschoss umfasst die Einfahrt, Garage für 3 Autos, Liegestühle, private Duschen mit warmem und kaltem Wasser, Gasgrill, gepflasterte Terrasse, Picknicktisch, mit zusätzlichen Stangen- und Fußduschen.

90 Minuten nach New York City, 90 Minuten nach Philadelphia, 30 Minuten nach Atlantic City, New Jersey

Wir nehmen jetzt Reservierungen für die Sommersaison 2019 (für die Monate Juni, Juli, August und September) an. Wir vermieten nur von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September mit einem Minimum von 7 Nächten. Die wöchentliche Miete ist von Samstag bis Samstag (Ankunft nach 14 Uhr und Abreise vor 11 Uhr)

Wir sind ein Haustier frei nach Hause! Wir haben Familienmitglieder und andere Mieter, die gegen Haustiere allergisch sind. Aus diesem Grund lassen wir keine Haustiere in unseren Mietunterkünften ein und unsere Versicherung deckt keine Haustiere oder Verletzungen ab, die durch Haustiere entstanden sind. Für Mieter, die eine Haustierunterkunft benötigen, bieten wir einen Tierbetreuung- und Wander-Service an, der von einem Nachbarn angeboten wird.

Unser Haus ist nicht für große Partys, Hochzeiten, Jubiläen, Promos usw. verfügbar. Unsere Haftpflichtversicherung erlaubt es nicht, dass diese Ereignisse bei uns zu Hause stattfinden.

we loved this home and will definitely come back. the best we have had in many years at LBI.

this is a house that felt like a home, from the beautiful art work throughout to a kitchen that has everything necessary to cook and serve for a family or a dinner party. the bedrooms are all spacious, plenty of closet room. there was even an empty cupboard for our groceries in the kitchen. the great room is terrific with 3 walls of glass and sliding doors that gave us an 180 degree beach and ocean view. the upper deck is really special because it has shaded areas as well full sun. the lower deck is spacious, there is plenty of room between it and the dune, so it is bright and airy. the outdoor shower is also airy and comfortable. altogether there was nothing I would change or add.

Amazing Ocean Front Home

We spent a week in August 2015 at this impeccably maintained ocean front home. The layout was perfect for two families, with four children. The large living/kitchen area made entertaining a large group especially easy. The views and setting cannot be beat, with wrap around decks and unobstructed views of the ocean. The owners were responsive before, during and after our visit and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a wonderful week. We plan to return to this special home for years to come!

Perfect Oceanfront home!

I think this might have been our 7th stay in this beautiful home! Each visit has been perfect! The house is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking gourmet meals, should you choose. I love the layout of this home---very open public spaces, make it ideal for reconnecting with family as you enjoy the ocean front views. The owners are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They have always phoned us after our arrival to ensure everything is in perfect order. I love the Brant Beach location too, it's the best! You won't be disappointed with this vacation rental.

A Spectacular Retreat!

Our family has spent three weeks at this breathtaking retreat right on the ocean for the past fifteen years. The rooms are spacious and the views are outstanding. Three of the four bedrooms share a large deck on the lower level facing the ocean. The open concept upstairs has a large kitchen and living room and dining areas with all glass sliders overlooking the ocean. The house has pretty much everything you need to cook, bake, entertain, etc. The owners have always been accessible for questions or concerns and the property is well-maintained. The location is perfect, in the middle of Long Beach Island; minutes from good restaurants and access to the bridge. A wonderful place to spend a week!

A vacation with all the conveniences of home.

This vacation took much planning coordinating family members from both the east and west coast and it could not have been better. Andrew was most accommodating answering all our concerns. The layout and size of the house is perfect for multiple families and of course the access to the beach is ideal. Because the owners actually live there every possible convenience is supplied including the extra refrigerator in the garage which is most helpful. Although we brought two bikes, the owner had several for others to enjoy. The house is super neat and clean and it was a real pleasure to have this vacation...a rare opportunity with our bi costal family...in this outstanding home.

Beautiful Beach Home !!!!

What a wonderful family vacation we had at this home. With ages ranging from 20 to 78 we all had a great time. You are close to places to eat, mini golf, and ice cream ( which we took advantage of every evening ). The house is stocked with everything you need and is vey well taken care of, and clean ! You can easily cook a meal for the family or cook on the grill outside. The views are spectacular from every window, and the decks are fabulous to relax on and just watch the ocean.I usually never write a review, but this place was so nice, and Andrew and JoAnn were so helpful with all my crazy questions, It has been a lot of years since we all have been able to be together for a family vacation and we couldn't have asked for a better place or nicer people to rent from.. Thanks so much JoAnn and Andy we hope to be able come back.....

Great beach house!

Two families stayed here for a week in August and it was perfect for us. The living areas are very spacious; we particularly enjoyed the deck looking out over the ocean as the sun rose every day. The kitchen can hold several people preparing food, too, which is great, and it had all sorts of cookware, serving platters, multiple sets of dishes, etc. We also just loved being right on the beach -- the kids could go back to the house to use the bathroom or get a snack and we could see them the whole time. Lastly, we enjoyed being able to walk to ice cream, restaurants and mini-golf, yet not having to be on the main road. Andrew was very helpful, too, answering a multitude of questions from us, and was very timely with his communications and the contract! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful home - spectacular views!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing stay at this lovely home. The location is perfect- a quiet neighborhood and beach that is centrally located to all of the attractions and restaurants. The ocean views are fantastic. The main living room is surrounded by sliding glass doors out to the deck as are 3 of the 4 bedrooms so everyone gets to enjoy the beautiful views! The house is very nicely appointed and clean. The owners were a pleasure to deal with too! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again!

Lots of views, great location!

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful spacious house. Big views and good location on the island. We were far enough from the crowds but close enough to the attractions to engage all ages. The property was clean and well maintained and the owners were very helpful throughout the process and the vacation. We plan to stay here again next time we get to vacation in LBI.

EVEN BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS!

This large 4 bedroom oceanfront home is even better than the photos. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and their own sliding glass doors to a covered deck. The master bedroom is spacious, with an ocean front view and a comfortable king bed, two upholstered chairs, flat screen TV and access to the covered deck. The reverse living combination living room, dining area and kitchen is huge, with access from four separate sliding glass doors to the large wrap around deck. Keep the doors open and a wonderful breeze fills the room and the roar of the ocean keeps you company. The views are spectacular, and a real treat at sunrise. There is a private path to the beach, with a hot and cold water outside shower and a life guard station a short block away in either direction. As an added bonus, this part of the beach has a beautiful rock formation, complete with crashing waves. Brant Beach is a lovely part of LBI, centrally located to everything on the island. We highly recommend this home!
