3 Acre Retreat Near Flagstaff

This beautiful 3-acre property, located just minutes from downtown Flagstaff, offers the perfect atmosphere for family or friend gatherings. With both a 4-bedroom main house, as well as a 1-bedroom guest house, you will enjoy all the homey comforts such as full kitchens, dining, laundry, and living rooms. It's the perfect getaway for 12 adults, or 6-8 adults and 4-6 kids. Plus, the guest house is completely on one level, making it ideal for those looking to avoid stairs. Get ready to be entertained with the two hot tubs, pool table, ping pong table, basketball court, and multiple fenced yards for your four-legged friends. The stunning views on this property go unmatched, plus you have the added bonus of star gazing. And when you're ready to explore, you're only a few hours drive away from all that Northern Arizona has to offer.
Please clean up after your pet. There is cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
Notify me if there are any issues with the hot tub cleanliness upon arrival. There will be a $50 extra cleaning fee on the hot tub if water is dirty upon checkout. If the water level gets too low on the hot tub please use the hose to fill it.
Patio Furniture cushions and umbrellas are kept in storage boxes in the garage of the main house and in the laundry room of the guest house. Please return them to the boxes when you leave or if there is a lot of wind.
We would appreciate no food or beverages in carpeted areas of the home, besides the dining room.
Please notify me if the house is out of any supplies, if anything is broken during your stay. And notify me of any issues during your stay so that I can try and take care of them for you.
Please keep the AC at 70 degrees or above and the Heater no more than 65 degrees.
Lock Doors and Windows when you are not at the property.
No loud outside activities between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am


Please lock the doors when leaving the property.
