It was just past dawn and the seagulls were lined up all along Inlet Beach calling for the sun to come out and warm them up. A gentle sea mist swirled about and agreeably gave way as the sun's first rays joined the scene. “Today has all of the makings of a perfect beach day” said Pinkie Flamingo as she waived to her fine feathered friends. “I'm makin' my way along 30A and I have many stops to make.” As a curator of fine vacation rentals along Florida's Gulf coast, it was Pinkie's duty to personally inspect each and every property is her distinctive portfolio.

Her destination today was Sea Mist in Prominence South. This popular beach community centered around an energetic state of mind know as The Big Chill where friends and neighbors gather to indulge in local eats, shopping and entertainment…all just minutes from the world-class destinations of Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary Beache. Pinkie cruised past the action at The Big Chill and marveled at how convenient it would be for guests.

Given the following ingredients…a beach house with stylish coastal furnishings and fresh décor featuring a zippy 6-seater golf cart plus a fabulous location on Highway 30A, this has all of the promise of a truly perfect guest nest! Not to mention the 2 community pools, shops and local restaurants…all within walking distance! With such a smorgasbord of goodies, the recipe for success seems inevitable and Sea Mist the perfect choice for your next vacation rental.

Classic coastal appointments like wood tile flooring, smart & stylish furniture,
shiplap walls and plenty of natural light all co-mingled with modern elements and finishes to create a pleasant, relaxing vibe that made Pinkie just feel happy. It was all so fresh. She could picture folks gathering around the large kitchen island with its perfect pendants. The modern kitchen features stainless appliances along with everything you need to make a memorable vacation meal. Plates, silverware, drinkware, pots and pans etc were all in their proper places. The dining table could easily seat 8 plus 3 more at the island making the dine-in options quite appealing. Outdoor seating for another 6 was an added perk. The powder room plus first floor laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are always welcome in a vacation house.

Peeking into the ground floor master suite, Pinkie appreciated the classic furnishings and coastal art and décor that leant its own special charm. The attached master bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity was well-appointed with clean modern tile and Pinkie knew many families preferred having at least one bedroom on the main level. She hopped up the split landing stairs to discover more charming accommodations for her many friends and visitors. There was a second Master Suite plus a Queen guest bedroom. Kids will love the bunk room with full over full size bunkbed. Pinkie noted that would make a great hang-out spot for them. As far as a guest nest goes, this was a sure winner!

Feel the energy of this vibrant section of the popular coastal 30A highway emanating from the collection of shops and dining spots at the popular neighborhood gathering spot called The Big Chill....all right in Prominence. Guests enjoy access to the community's outstanding amenities including a sparkling 5000 sq ft pool, located in the center of Prominence North plus a smaller swimming pool in Prominence South. Soak up the sun on the expansive pool deck or lounge in a shady hammock, or catch a live music performance at the town center. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary Beaches to the East and Seagrove Beach to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is just a bike or golf cart ride away.
