Efficient studio space

Just the right amount of space as a solo traveler working remotely. Great location with quick access to highway made it easy getting around. Streaming services and WiFi were easy to use/connect. There was somewhat of an odor (musty, maybe vape smell?) when I arrived so I bought my own air fresheners which seemed to help. And while I appreciate new linens, the sheets and towels did seem to shed lint all over my clothes. In general no frills, felt safe, just wished it was a bit cleaner/tidier.

Second stay

We enjoyed it so much the first time that we came back again. The location, the space, it’s all very nice and convenient! This last time we had some issues with the lock and the host arrived promptly and had a locksmith out to fix the door in no time. If you’re looking for a chic little pad for you and your spouse, this is the one.

totally snafu

Got to the property and looked at the app to check in. Message telling me my stay needed to be changed. The last tenant hadn't left yet. Send me to a new property in a totally different part of town. Finally I just cancelled. Then the next day they called me to ask me if I could move (from a place I was not at) because there was no power. It was whacked.

Great VRBO in the Heights. Close to everything!

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO in the Heights, Houston! The location was perfect, offering a vibrant neighborhood atmosphere with plenty of cafes, shops, and parks within walking distance. The studio was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated, making it a cozy and inviting space to return to. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Overall, this VRBO exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall we really enjoyed the space! The apartment had everything we needed. The stairway up to the unit is very tight but didn't create too much of a problem. The gate to the outside remains unlocked which made me a bit uncomfortable. I would have preferred we could lock it considering this is in a high-traffic area. The parking situation is a bit precarious and a little confusing, but ultimately we had no issues other than we were concerned about whether or not we parked in the right place and were fearful of being towed. I would have appreciated a few extra towels as we were there more than one night and also had the baby, but only two towels. I would stay here again!
