The large, fully fenced-in yard is an ideal spot for leisurely outdoor living during the warmer months. The furnished deck includes a shaded lounge area and a dining table, while the grassy lawn provides a safe space for yard games like cornhole.

Inside, cozy up around the gas fireplace in the living room and stream shows or movies in high-definition on the Samsung Frame smart TV. A separate sitting area is ready to welcome anything from casual conversation to quiet reading time. The large, open-concept kitchen is well-appointed for family-style meal prep, with eat-in options including a breakfast bar and a six-person table that can be expanded to seat up to eight.

Larimer Square is only a 17-mile drive south. Boulder is 24 miles west. Denver International Airport is 20 miles southeast. There is a park with a play place right adjacent to the house for when you want to take your kids out for some fresh air. A beautiful nature preserve with a lake is only a short bike ride away - perfect for a picnic or going for a run.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
