GETTING AROUND:

We highly recommend using Uber to get around the area, as it’s the most convenient option. For those looking to explore outside of San Juan, renting a car is a better option, as finding Uber or taxis can be more challenging. While the apartment does not have designated parking, there is a parking lot available in front of the building, or you can find street parking.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM – no loud parties or disturbances during these times
Towels and linens should only be used for their intended purposes. Please do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substances, and avoid using towels to clean up spills.
Subletting is not permitted
Please do not hang towels from the balcony or windows
We are not responsible for any items left behind after check-out, so be sure to double-check before you leave

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.

3. No pets allowed.
4. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please respect the noise curfew (9PM - 8AM).
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.

9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes that help a lot for the cleaning company.
13. Please take the trash out before you leave it helps the cleaners.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. (Penalty Fee)
15. Do not hang towels from balcony or windows.
16. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. (Towels will be charged)
17. Late check-out after 11AM is $100 per hour if unauthorized
18. Please, do NOT throw any kind of paper in the toilet and limit your toilet paper use. Excessive toilet paper use will clog toilets which require a plumber and will result in extra fees that we’ll ask from you. Always use the trash can. Trash bags are provided for your convenience.
