Beautiful home right on the Intracoastal Waterway with a split floorplan and an open concept living area. Welcoming feel with a Florida flare! The wall of sliding doors allow you to see the waterway and the pool from almost every room. Family and friends can gather and relax after a day of fun in the sun. Kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances so you are able to stay in and make dinner while everyone is going over the days events. Large living area for movie night or take a beverage out to the dock and enjoy the sunsets. Coastal Cabana home also includes a 6 seater Golf Cart, bicycles and fishing poles! Home is located in a well maintained neighborhood with the famous Sand Key and Clearwater Beaches just to the North. Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk are to the South with plenty of local restaurants, surf shops, retail, sweet shops and more in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Parking: This property allows for 4-5 parking spots depending on the size of the vehicles.

​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
