The spectacular, breath-taking Gulf view from the living room and wrap-around balcony can’t be beat! The main bedroom has one king size bed, one bedroom has two queen size beds, one has a king size bed with triple double size bunk beds, and the last bedroom has a queen size bed with a triple double size bunk bed set up. Take full advantage of the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The wet bar area offers a separate ice maker for your use.

The Gulf Shores area is known for its picturesque white sand beaches and clear Gulf water. Come get away with your entire family or large friends group, there’s room for everyone in this condo that sleeps up to 20 people. Oceania 1 encompasses the entire floor offering a very unique condo experience, the elevator opens right into the unit!

Oceania amenities include a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and 2 reserved parking spots for each unit. One of the beauties of Oceania is that it’s a small complex, you only have to share the amenities with 13 other units. Additional parking can be rented for a small fee directly across the street if needed. This complex is located near all of the Gulf Shores attractions and restaurants, with a convenience store located directly across the street to fill all of those last minute needs.

*Only 2 parking passes are included in reservation. Parking is assigned by spots at complex.
*Must be 25+ years old to rent.
*A renter agreement must be signed to rent.
*No Pets.
*No smoking.
*No parties. No 3rd party bookings. The name on the booking must match name of person who signs rental agreement, and will be responsible for all members of their party.
