Welcome to The Obispan. Our newest cabin with a - 8x20 heated pool perfectly designed for year-round enjoyment with a cozy 5ft depth, hot tub and play-set- perfect for your family and friends getaway! You will feel as if you were literally tucked in the woods once you enter. There is an entire wall of glass looking into the private wooded lot with a year round creek. Open-concept and seamless indoor-outdoor living! Fully stocked kitchen, luxurious towels and linens and everything you will need to feel like your home away from home here.

​​Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

Woodland Hills is the premier development in Broken Bow, which lends itself to more privacy and peace of the surrounding nature than other developments in the area. The cabins in Woodland Hills are truly changing the game in Broken Bow with custom designs. If you've stayed in Broken Bow before, you'll know the feel of Woodland Hills is truly special!

The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a gravel road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. You may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option, but completely manageable in smaller sedans. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.

The Obispan is Dog Friendly! 2 Dogs Max/Fee Required not to exceed 50 pounds each

We offer both early check-in and late checkout options, subject to availability, with an additional fee for these services.

**Pool heater will not be in use for the months of June- September 1st
***We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 75-85 degrees. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. Heater to the pool is turned on day of arrival.
- If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.

The Obispan is managed by The Hills Cabins- a luxury portfolio of custom cabins in the exclusive development of Woodland Hills in Broken Bow, Oklahoma **After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. If you are bringing a pet, you must disclose this. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
