Make some memories at our unique and family-friendly guest cabin. Nestled on 11 very private acres with a gorgeous valley view, we have created a special little space here in Northern Michigan and we are absolutely delighted to share it with you. We often see rabbits, partridge, deer, and elk in the backyard throughout the year. Our home is centrally located to Indian River, Petoskey, Mackinaw, and Gaylord. Just 8 minutes from the I-75 entrance and 15 minutes from the Burt Lake public access!

While staying in our cabin you can enjoy sitting by the fire both inside and out. Grab a cup of coffee and find yourself on the expansive deck listening to the quaint sounds of nature and enjoying the Northern Michigan sunshine.
Our cabin features 5 beds that sleep 7 guests. We also have a twin-sized bed in our loft accessible by a ladder that can sleep an additional 1 guest. There is plenty of parking available on-site for multiple guests or even a boat to take on some adventures! We can't wait for you to have a great time in our home!

Liability Waiver:
You understand that hiking and the use of recreational vehicles is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and the use of recreational vehicles. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from hiking and the use of recreational vehicles and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that hiking and the use of recreational vehicles present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person hiking or using recreational vehicles if a person has health risks, or if a person hikes or uses the recreational vehicles while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from hiking or the use of recreational vehicles. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

***This home is on a maintained seasonal road so while it will fit the majority of boats and trailers, please keep this in mind when booking if you have a large boat***

***There is a ring camera by the front door, there are no other cameras on the property***
PLEASE NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE - you may be required to leave with no refund and a $200 fee applied if any evidence of smoking is found
No pets
Please keep an eye on children since there are a decent amount of stairs in the home and the deck outside
If you move any furniture please be sure to put it back before checking out
Limit loud noises after 10 PM
No littering
Be respectful of the road and neighbors
Do not cut down any trees
No hunting or shooting guns on the property
