Das Hotel liegt im Dorf und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Pier, Strand, Leuchtturm, berühmten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der NEUEN Vergnügungszone mit Pool, Spielplatz und Minigolf entfernt. Dieses große klassische Strandhaus ist St. Simons at its best mit allem Komfort von zu Hause! Der weitläufige Wohn- und Essbereich eignet sich perfekt für Familienfeiern mit bis zu 17 Personen, ist jedoch für eine kleinere Gruppe gemütlich genug. Der SEHR große Pool, die Außendusche und die geräumige Terrasse sind der perfekte Ort, um Spaß in der Sonne zu haben, zu grillen und sich zu unterhalten! In einem der Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große, abgeschirmte Veranda, auf der Sie in aller Ruhe mit Ihrem Lieblingsbuch entspannen oder nachmittags Cocktails genießen können. Die gut ausgestattete Küche bietet all Ihre Bedürfnisse und mehr! Der helle Wintergarten ist bequem für kleinere Gruppen, Fernsehen oder Spielen eingerichtet. Der riesige Wohnbereich ist der perfekte Ort, um das Spiel zu beobachten oder einfach auf den bequemen Sofas zu entspannen.

Ein Block vom Gezeitenstrand mit privatem Pool. Alle Ferienwohnungen werden nach den Wünschen des Eigentümers eingerichtet, ausgestattet und gewartet. Alle Ferienwohnungen verfügen über Zentralheizung und Luft und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabel-TV, DVD-Player und alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Alle Einheiten sind Nichtraucherzimmer. Im Sommer ist ein wöchentliches Minimum und in den anderen Jahreszeiten ein Minimum von drei Tagen erforderlich. Die wöchentliche Vermietung beginnt am Samstag um 16:00 Uhr und endet am folgenden Samstag um 10:00 Uhr. Preise können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden. Rauchen verboten, keine Studentengruppen, keine Partys oder Hochzeitsveranstaltungen. Begrenzte Parkplätze. In dieser Unterkunft sind Haustiere gegen eine nicht erstattbare Gebühr gestattet. Der Strand befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von dieser Unterkunft entfernt. Es gibt Strand bei Ebbe.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family reunion "Thanksgiving" was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We all had our own space, yet we were together. The home could not have been any nicer. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

First family vacation

It was a first full family vacation and for the most part this place nails all the needs. It’s so close to the town and for that alone it’s awesome!! The pool was really nice to have and the house has plenty of space. Honestly it’s tough to complain with the price and the things I’ve mentioned. It is a bit dated and could use a few more things kitchen wise but that is just minor.

It was our first visit to St. Simon, we loved our location! We had 7 adults and 3 kiddos stay and there was more room than we could use. We loved the large pool and the large room to eat and relax.

Close to grocery stores and a short walk to “Downtown Dining” and Shopping.8 adults and six children had a wonderful time making memories as a family. Great location, beautiful neighborhood!

It was everything we expected it to be. Nice and spacious for 10 adults and three kids. A little disappointed in the kitchen though. It was not that organized and it would’ve been nice if there had been a large stockpot and a large frying pan. A nice new gas grill would be great. The existing grill has seen better days.

The house was very clean, enjoyed the pool, spaciousness of the house, and close proximity to the village. The only thing I would recommend is to better outfit the kitchen, like there were no serving bowls for salads, no vegetable peeler, things like that. Also, the refrigerator froze the produce in the produce drawer, and food in the back of the shelves froze. We would stay here again, just know what to bring next time.

Family Beach Trip

There are a few very serious areas of concern we had with this house. The house has BED BUGS. My 2 granddaughters are now covered from head to toes in bites. They started breaking out on Friday before we checked out yesterday. They shared the room upstairs in the 2 twin beds. My grandson was in the Queen bed in the same room but so far has not broken out and no one else in the family has either, at this stage. These girls are cousins and live in different states so the only thing they had in common was sharing a bedroom for the week. My entire family is having to take huge precautions so, hopefully, we do not bring these bugs into our individual homes. The expense to fumigate 4 houses would be enormous, not to mention the agony of being covered in bed bug bites. My granddaughters are miserable. Other areas of concern is the overall cleanliness of the house. In large upstairs bedroom a strong musty/urine smell; finger nails on the floor in the bathroom and shower curtain has mold on it. The pool deck could use a power wash to get rid of the mold around the perimeter, next to the house and I do not believe the tile floors are being mopped. Shortly after arriving at the house last Saturday, I was wiping up some water on the kitchen floor where an ice cube had melted. I got a paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel was BLACK. That indicates the tile isn't being cleaned between rentals. I was charged 400.00 for cleaning and I assume the people renting the house before me were charged that too. VERY subpar cleaning service. I hope you take action on the things I've mentioned, especially the bed bugs, so future renters do not experience what my family and I went through and are still going through on our, once a year, family vacation.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome. Could use some updates but wasn’t really a big deal to us. The pool was amazing….we used it day and night. We loved that you could walk to the shops, pier and restaurants. Would come back in a heartbeat!!

Reviewer Comments: Husband has Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer so we needed the perfect house for our family to come together for a memorable vacation (9 adults/5 children/1 dog). Well, God allowed us to find the perfect house! Kids were all upstairs so husband got the needed rest. Layout was perfect! Kids played in sunroom while husband rested in living room at times and nobody could hear the kids in the other room. I'd have to say the pool was the highlight! Everyone enjoyed time together around the large pool. Very quiet neighborhood close to the Village. Loved walking to nearest beach access which was very close just to get a beautiful view of the ocean! Can't say enough about perfect this place was for our family! Also, the people at Georgia Coast Realty went out of their way to accommodate our family. Wonderful experience all the way around! I'd recommend this home to anyone with a large family who loves a large pool, a quiet environment, and a place very close to the Village! Again, our time enjoyed with our family at this home was PRICELESS and for that we are very thankful!
