'Back Beach Cottages' ist ein einzigartiges Anwesen mit zwei Häuschen. Beide Häuser haben einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und teilen sich einen privaten Garten.
Das Hotel bietet das Beste aus beiden Welten: Es ist ein idealer Ort, um einen ruhigen Strand zu genießen, und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt von Rockport entfernt.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Back Beach und 5 Gehminuten vom Front Beach entfernt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über 2 Parkplätze abseits der Straße in der Auffahrt.

Einige Details zu den einzelnen Häusern: Das 'Haupthaus' verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer; ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer des Haupthauses verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über eine offene Küche / Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Erkerfenstern, die auf den Ozean blicken.

Das Back Cottage befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haupthaus und verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock (über eine Wendeltreppe). Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt eine Terrasse neben dem Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean. Das hintere Häuschen hat eine Galeereküche, einen Ofen und einen Kühlraum (keine Spülmaschine) und ein Badezimmer. Die Couch auf der ersten Ebene in Back Cottage verfügt über ein ausziehbares Doppelbett für zusätzliche Gäste. (2) Herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer vom Schlafzimmer und Balkon aus dem Schlafzimmer.

Great for busy families

Had a great time. The front deck views are great. We are outside often at one of the 3 seating locations outside. The kids (age 7 and 10) played with all sorts of toys from the activity shed and it was great to have a wagon to transport gear to the beach. Onsite kitchen is stocked and laundry was nice to have in the unit. Hosts were great, very responsive. Only caution is the guest house spiral staircase is tight and was a little challenging for parents who are “young” retirees. Great experience overall!

Great location

We had a great vacation. Having two houses on the same property was great. The yard space was really nice to have with kids. Just a short walk to front beach and had all the beach equipment we needed. The band played in the gazebo right across the street and we were able to watch from the deck. Would definitely recommend this rental especially for those with children.

Perfect Location!

The Back Beach cottages were the perfect location for my family to enjoy a weekend in Rockport. Located across the street from Back Beach, a 5 minute walk to Front Beach and another 5 minute walk to the shops made it very easy to enjoy the amenities Rockport has to offer. The cottages were clean and furnished with very comfortable beds and the most amazing couch in the main house. The spiral staircase in the back cottage is quite narrow and might be difficult for small children or elderly guests, but was not an issue for us. Meghan and Mike were very gracious hosts who had a thoroughly prepared binder of information for guests which anticipated and answered any questions we might have. We would definitely stay here again for a Rockport vacation!

Wish we could stay longer

Perfect Location

Our whole family had a fantastic week at Back Beach cottages! The two cottages were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for all our needs and accommodated our extended family nicely. Great place to stay with young kids

The two-cottage set up was great for our family. Grandparents enjoyed the privacy and extra space in the Back Cottage while Mom, Dad and the kids stayed in the Main Cottage. Both cottages had great views of the ocean and both places came supplied with everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable (including beach chairs, toys, wagons, and much more recreational equipment). We loved the outdoor space and spent much of our time outside enjoying the beautiful garden while the kids played safely in the fenced in yard. Meghan and Mike were welcoming hosts and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely come back again and stay longer next time!

Amazing vacation for family!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the back beach cottages! We appreciated all the organization & communication with the check in- the welcome book was so helpful and the fresh flowers made us feel so welcome. Everything was so clean. Organized and well kept. You can’t beat the views at the house and central location. We walked to front beach with all the kids in the wagon, spent rainy/cloudy days walking into town and the evenings we loved walking to back beach for photos, views after our s’mores by the fire. We were able to cook in easily with lots of amenities and the grill & fireplace were perfect. We loved the lawn games and the entire property. We could go on & on but for a family of 8 with children ranging from 2mo-5 the owners had lots of infant/ children amenities we used! Thank you Meaghan & Mike for a great week at the cottage! We hope to return next year!

Perfect seaside rental.

A Perfect Match

Perfect location for a family of 6 - surprisingly quiet for being so close to the road. Clean, comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. The garden and picnic table is a perfect place for morning coffee and evening s'mores! Quick walk to town and quicker walk to Back Beach to watch the boats come and go

Take us back!!!

Absolutely loved Rockport and this fabulous accommodation, which was perfect for our needs. It's position is superb too and we really enjoyed the two bandstand nights that were literally on the front doorstep! We received a very warm welcome from the cleaning ladies when we arrived and were delighted at how homely the house was. The garden was beautiful too and very well cared for. The beds were very comfortable and the Back House bedroom view was fantastic. My sister has photos to follow! Everything we needed was there and we made good use of the bikes and kayaks. I loved the washing machine and dryer too!!! Would highly recommend this property to everyone and as a footnote must add that we came over on holiday from England and booking this property was easy to do from this end. Thank you and I do hope, one day, we will be back.

After years of renting in Rockport we fell in love with this home; with it's location, access to town and to the beach. We travel a lot for work and when we come home we love coming back to this place. We love it and hope you will too! We also have family in the area who help us manage the property.

The views from the property, the garden and the 2 cottages made this the house for us. We have our friends and parents come visit and its so nice to have the second Back Cottage to spend time together with friends and family.
