January 2025 update - the beaches are open and as beautiful as ever. This property sustained only superficial damage from 2024 storms. Bridge Street is open and the popular restaurants and businesses are open. Please make an inquiry if you have any questions.

Stunning Bradenton Beach getaway located on Anna Maria Island. Your paradise is located on the water with beautiful sunrise views from your kitchen, café, dining, living rooms and private rooftop deck.

This paradise retreat has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find two master suites with king size beds, private full bathrooms and walk-in closets. An additional bedroom with two twin size beds, spacious closet and separate full bath. Luxury sheets and towels provided.

Cook to your hearts content. Whether you’re grilling or cooking, our fully stocked kitchen and propane grill has all the conveniences of home making meal time easy and convenient.

There is private covered parking, although once you park, you may never want to leave. Historic Bridge Street with restaurants, activities, fishing pier and boutique shopping are just around the corner. Hop on the free Anna Maria trolley. Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and leave the driving and parking to someone else. Hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. The trolleys also run on most holidays.

Find tranquility at the beach with powdery sand and crystal turquoise waters, which are only a stone’s throw away. Rejuvenate in our supplied beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas or collect sea shells and watch the manatee, dolphin, and shorebirds. Complete your day with breathtaking sunsets and moonlit strolls.

Enjoy fishing on the dock while you dangle your toes in the water.

The private rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with temperate breezes and an amazing panoramic view.

This is our home away from home and we hope it can be yours. We have everything you need. Just pack and relax.

Great place!

This was a great location and the condo was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable which is super important and very hard to find. Jim was an excellent host and all the beach supplies were available. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise perfection

Oh my gosh was this place fantastic! It was completely furnished and not scantily or cheaply completely furnished either. It had everything down to charging cords a toaster/broiler/airfryer/toaster oven, grill, beach buggy, boogie board, fishing poles, lotions, shampoos, razors, paper products. We watched dolphins go past in the bay. Watched the bridge go up and the traffic back up that we didn’t have to deal with because we were already here and parked. It’s like 200 feet to the gulf. Watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Close to Bridge Street and the town. Nice and quiet even though we were so close to everything. The owners were wonderful and extended more than one courtesty that was totally unexpected. I would give this ten stars if I could.The only thing you need to bring is clothes, snacks and a pair of binoculars in case there are more dolphins or a capsizing boat that you want to see better. We will definitely go nowhere else. It’s even better than the pictures. Many many stars. You won’t find better owners to work with.

The Best News Years Trip

We loved our stay here. Location was perfect. 1 min walk to beach, gorgeous views on the bay. Loved all the decks. Quick 8 min walk to the village with all the restaurants, candy shops, pier, bars. It was perfect for our family of 4 and grandparents. Jim was an amazing host. Communicated very well, asked several times if we needed anything else. Easy check out instructions and always replied to my emails within a day. We cant wait to rebook with them this summer.

Tournament weekend

We had a wonderful time at AMI during our sports tournament. The unit was fantastic. Super clean, fully equipped with everything you could need and easy to access. The location was great, steps away from the beach and walking distance to Bridge street shops and restaurants. Jim was a great host. His communication throughout our stay made it an easy and stress free process to check in. Although the island was still recovering from the recent storms, the work did not impact our stay. Businesses were open and excited to have visitors. The beaches were clean and ready for beach goers to enjoy. You could feel the community clearly was coming together to recover and the signs with AMI strong said it all. A great community and welcoming atmosphere that we will definitely revisit again.

Amazing Views of the Bay

My husband and I loved this condo and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the beach and to the shops in the historical district it is full of shops/live music and wonderful cuisine. The condo smelled great, and it was very clean and comfortable. The owners provided everything you need for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend staying here. The views of the bay are amazing! First time on AMI. Our location was ideal, the beach only steps away was clean, soft white powder! Warm water and a long sand bar out to walk and enjoy. Each beach a little different and delighted with the shark teeth we found! Nice assortment of restaurants all close by. Very friendly people we encountered made our vacation that much better. Our accommodation was great. The host thought of everything we might need. The beach cart was a huge plus.

Perfect spot for your family!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the quieter side of the bay and the views are incredible! We had some travel issues due to weather - the communication with Kimber during that process helped put us and our girls at ease. She was wonderful to deal with - super accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend this property! My family of 6 had a great time! The communication with Kimber the property manager was excellent! The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with essentials. It was a perfect fit for our family with children ranging in age from 10-21. The views of the bay were stunning and the short walk to the beach was so convenient!! Would definitely go back!

Perfect location

The space was a perfect size for the 5 of us. Great amenities- bed and pillows were very comfortable! Enough chairs and umbrellas too. Great views of the bay, easy walk to the beach and such a quick ride to Bridge Street! Local driver picks you up for free and takes you to restaurants or locations near by. Definitely recommend!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Situated right on the bay and steps away from the beach. The location was perfect and we walked to the shops and restaurants daily. The trolley service that runs throughout the island is a bonus so we never needed to rent a car. This was our first time visiting this particular area of Florida and we can't wait to come back!

Six days in paradise.

This stunning 3 b,3bath condo boasts a breathtaking view of the bay and is conveniently situated on beautiful anna Maria Island.It's fully equipped for both short and extended vacations,with the Gulf of Mexico just steps away,offering pristine white sand beaches and crystal-clear warm waters.Several waterfront restaurants serving delicious seafood are within walking distance,perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets while sipping drinks. Fishing enthusiasts will love the condo's amenities,including two new fishing rods and tackle,and the pier just outside of the condo provides excellent fishing fishing.I am eagerly anticipating my next stay at this wonderful place.

Wonderful!

My family absolutely loved our stay here. The home is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with anything you could need. Things around the house were clearly labeled to help us figure things out, and even the TV was easy to get connected to our own streaming accounts. It was very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the location can't be beat. The nearby beach (very nearby) was clean, quiet and swimmable for the whole family. Having the trolley stop close was nice, and we found that Bridge Street was easily in walking distance (even with strollers!). Kimber was great and made check-in a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

Great location

This rental has everything you need. The host offers toiletries and paper products for your convenience. The location cannot be beat and the views from the rooftop deck were amazing. The hosts were very responsive when needed and checked in throughout our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our 2 adults and 4 teens. We got picked up for our fishing excursion right from the dock outside the property!

Breathtaking Views

Let me just say that gorgeous doesn’t describe the views that this condo allows! We absolutely loved the cute sitting area that sits facing the bay. My children loved fishing off of the dock and made endless memories! This was so close to the beach that I honestly can say I didn’t even miss facing the gulf (again the views). If you enjoy going to the beach from 10-4 and like to come back to prepare for dinner then this is the place for you. Communication was great! My husband thought the propane was empty he reached out and the property manager was there in a matter of minutes to change and sure enough my husband was wrong, however they came to the rescue with no questions. Thank you Kimber and Jim for a wonderful time.
