Located on the main floor, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a wooden dresser, and a flat-screen TV so that you can enjoy your favorite shows before bed. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom!

Make your way upstairs, which features wood-sloped ceilings and four additional bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. You will find 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a set of twin bunk beds in the fifth bedroom - this space is perfect for the kids as it features an arcade game and a flat-screen TV!

You can get ready for your day in the spacious bathrooms on either level. The bathroom downstairs is situated best for guests in the King suite downstairs. Upstairs, the other two bathrooms are split between the four bedrooms - don't worry, there’s plenty of room to store your toiletries in the vanities. Choose how you want to wash up with the combination tub & shower in each bathroom!

If you forget your toiletries, you’ll find shampoo, soaps, and toothbrushes provided. The bathroom downstairs has a door connecting to the bedroom and the hallway, making it easily accessible to your group. The second bathroom can be accessed from the hallway upstairs. The third bathroom is also accessible through the upstairs hallway, but also offers access from Bedroom Four!

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The warm and inviting kitchen is the perfect place to make a delicious meal after a day in the mountains. It features new stainless steel appliances, including fridge and freezer, oven, stove, and dishwasher. You will have all the tools you need to make a feast, such as plenty of room in the cabinets to store your ingredients.

The Keurig machine and drip coffee maker will help keep you energized throughout your day, although don’t forget to bring your own K-Cups or ground coffee! Enjoy all your meals in the open-concept dining area with a wooden dining table for six. Along with two chairs, the dining table also has two benches for two.

After dinner, relax in the air-conditioned living room, or in front of the electric fireplace in the cooler months. The flat-screen TV has Roku, so you can keep up with your favorite shows while staying warm with the extra blankets. You can also use the electric fireplace from October to April to keep your toes extra toasty. Each bedroom comes with a Roku equipped TV connected to the internet, and in the bunk room you will find the arcade game.

You will have total privacy with this cabin. We will be available through the app anytime between 9AM and 9PM before and during your stay. We will respond as quickly as possible.
If there is an emergency, please call 911. If it is non-emergency, we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

This newer cabin, built in 2022 is located one East side of Sevierville.
Less than 10 miles to Dollywood and less than 20 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg, but away from the busy life of Pigeon Forge!

Cabin is located in a new development and is easy to find with the given directions, which you will receive after booking! The cabin is just off of the road and has a decent-sized parking area - enough for 3-4 cars easily.

Dog Policy - If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app and let us know what the age and breed the dog is. We do not allow puppies less than 1 year old and certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs must be house trained. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for you pets to do their business and clean up after them. In some cases we do provide waste stations to clean up after them. Unless otherwise specified in the listing there will be a $100/stay pet fee applied to your reservation.

Because we are Dog Friendly if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs you should not book
this property. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that if you are
highly allergic you won't have a reaction due a previous guest’s dog.

Towels and linens provided. Soaps, Shampoos and even a toothbrushes available if you forget yours.

Guest booking must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with all cabins in the area, the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am

We do not typically offer early check-in or late check-out. However, IF we are able to accommodate, there may be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks, and coffee are NOT provided.

Should you bring more guests than allowed in the cabin you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

Absolutely no unauthorized fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages.
