(2 day minimum) You must reach out to us at least two days prior, as depending on the time of the year it takes a few days for the pool to heat to temperature. There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. In the cooler months the spa can take a couple of hours to heat.

House Rules:

**This is a gated neighborhood with a 24/7 guard. Guests will be required to provide the names of all guests staying at the property at the time of booking for access to the neighborhood during your stay. You must contact us to request approval of non-guest visitors. **

***No parties, events, gatherings**** A $950.00 fine will be incurred if this occurs and reservation immediately terminated.

***No pets, smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed*** A $950.00 fine will be incurred if this occurs and the reservation immediately terminated. Booking guest will also be responsible for any damages incurred to the property.

*Maximum of 8 guests

*Must be at least 25 years of age to book

*Person booking the reservation must be staying at the house. NO third party bookings. NO local stays.

* No Street Parking (The driveway has parking for 2 cars and there is also a standard size 2 car garage that can be used by guest for parking)

*Quiet hours are 9pm-7am

*Violation of any of the house rules will result in termination of your stay.

Other things to note:

*Fireplaces in the home are not for guests use.

*There are a few steps down to each of the wings where the bedrooms are located, as well as to the living room, patio areas, to the front door of the home, and into the house from the garage.
