*This home is in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties or other rowdy gatherings.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender, and a toaster.

A traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided.

Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils and wine glasses and baking sheets are also at the property.

Bathroom #1 (main level): Half bathroom with toilet and sink only.

Bathroom #2 (upper level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer.

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
