Head for the sand, just a short walk away, and don't forget to utilize the home's provided beach gear. On days that you'd like to stay closer to your retreat, simply head for the community's turquoise pool, lined by palms and pool loungers. Pair your afternoon swimming sessions with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill.

Breaks from the sun can be spent inside your home away from home. Spacious, well-decorated, and full of light, every inch of the home has been curated for your comfort. Hang out amongst the living room's soft seating and large TV, or head for the covered balcony, furnished with wicker seating and a hammock.

The chef of your family will have no issues utilizing the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When mealtime rolls around, dine together at the large breakfast bar or gather for a fancier meal at the formal dining table.

Equally bright and inviting, the bedrooms feature high-quality linens, soft color palettes, ceiling fans, and central air-conditioning. The perks don't end there though! A kitchenette, laundry room, and work desk ensure all of your daily needs are attended to.

While staying in Seagrove Beach, be sure to visit Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, the Gulf Place Town Center, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

This lovely home is located in a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community. However, due to local homeowner association rules, rental golf carts are not allowed and the owners ask that guests do not rent golf carts during their stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
