**Guest access & Parking**
There is off-street parking available immediately next to the home, we recommend just one large vehicle (please refer to the listing photos). Do not block the driveway of the neighboring home. Additional parking available on Baltimore Street near the entrance to the Private Drive. Please note, trailer parking is not available.
Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement.
**House Rules**
-No Smoking – Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, etc.) is not allowed inside the home. Please do not leave cigarette butts outside; bag and dispose of them in the outdoor trash bins.
-No Parties – No unregistered overnight guests or visitors without prior written approval.
-No Pets – We do not allow pets.

**Security**
- Blink cameras are installed on the exterior of the home to monitor weather conditions and parking. These cameras are located at the driveway, front door, and back door, and are not directed toward any living spaces to ensure guest privacy.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community.

**What to Expect in the Summer**
- The house is not equipped with air conditioning. To cool the home, we recommend opening the bedroom windows at night and using the fans provided.
**What to Expect in the Winter**
- While winters are generally mild, inclement weather and snowstorms can occur. We recommend having a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months, as the house is not located on a typical city street.
- Our driveway is generally plowed within 24 hours after receiving 6 inches of snow, but it will not be plowed after every snowfall. For this reason, we strongly encourage the use of AWD/4-Wheel drive vehicles during the winter season.
- We do not offer snow shoveling services but provide snow shovels for your use during your stay.
