Experience a fantastic and unforgettable coastal escapade when you book this three-story home near the beach! A short walk or golf cart ride to Miramar Beach's largest public beach. You will be located a half-mile away from Miramar Beach Regional Access and near incredible attractions, including Emerald Bay Golf Club, Club LA, Timberview Destin Helicopters, The Track - Destin, Destin Parasailing, Xtreme H20, and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. A 6-seater golf cart is included in this rental.

As you enter this beautifully designed home, you will be greeted by a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Gather in the welcoming living area to plan your next adventures or enjoy a tranquil evening while watching a fun show on TV. The splendid chef's kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade treats, including all stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). This floor enjoys a beautiful bunk bedroom, perfect for the kiddos!

Upstairs is the fantastic Star Wars-themed game room and two additional bedrooms! The game room is all about entertainment with neon lights, impressive Star Wars-themed decor throughout, a Star Wars arcade, a rec area with a huge TV, a foosball table, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. You will also find a private balcony with an inviting seating area. Both bedrooms enjoy TVs, one of them with an en suite bathroom. The upper floor features three bedrooms, each one with a TV and an en suite bathroom. The primary suite's bathroom also offers a beautiful soaking tub.

Additional perks include access to shared amenities, including a BBQ area with gas grills and an outdoor pool. The community pool is open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM and is heated from November 1st - April 1st.

Couches, Lounge chairs, dining tables, and covered areas are provided at the pool area/pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
