Please note that each home has anywhere from 4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.

1. Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided please use them. Zero tolerance with Smoking inside the house. If anything is found in property, the owner reserves the right to forfeit the entire damage deposit.
2. Any gathering of more than 16 guests will be the loss of entire Security deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the Stay. Parties are expressly forbidden.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property.
4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
8. Garbage: Any garbage must be stored in the proper garbage, located at the side of the house by the Driveway. Regular garbages ( Green Bins ) are picked up on Monday and Thursday early morning please put the Bins out the night before. Failure in putting out bins, causing excess trash and bulk pick up may incur a $100 fee per bin.
9. Pool: When using the Pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The pool company comes every Mondays and Thursdays mostly before noon. Swim at your own risk. We decline all responsibilities
10. Pool Heater: Heating control for the Pool is located by the pool pumps. Please make sure heat is turned off at night and when it isn't in use. Failure to keep the heat off may incur into $125 fee per day.
11. Candles: No candles allowed in or outside the house.
12. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep doors closed at all times!
13. Cameras: For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim.
14. Keys / Gate remote: any lost or missing key / Gate remote will be charged $250.
15. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.
16. Photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.
