This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

Welcome to paradise!

We had the good fortune of finding this dream house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday last weekend. From start to finish, our time at the property was the perfect weekend away. First of all, the host of the property is so kind- and beyond accommodating. You can also tell how much he has put into the home as it is even more lovely in person! The location is perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Pacific City, but also boasts some surprisingly delicious food options right in Neskowin! In addition to being tucked away from the main roads safely in a gated community, we particularly enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach in under 5 minutes. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it, you will not regret it!

Great Getaway

Our stay did not disappoint! Plenty of room for the 7 of us including our 2 year old. Everything was there for the little one including booster seat, pint-sized bed, kids eating utensils and story books. Fun at the beach, too, for her first time exploring at low tide and collecting treasures!Kitchen was spacious for multiple cooks and included everything we needed. Lots of windows to peek at the ocean with decks at every primary bedroom. Living, dining and kitchen areas are very light and open with more than enough room for all.We enjoyed our time and had a great getaway!Steve M.

Getaway weekend

We had a fantastic stay at Norm, a beautiful cozy house. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach, and the house itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Norm was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach

From the start of reservation to checking out the communication was outstanding with property owner Norm. The house and area were BEAUTIFUL and 1 minute walk to beach was wonderful. Our large family fit perfectly in the home which made for a quality gathering. House and property were immaculate and kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Norm, the property owner, was ABOVE expectation and responded immediately with a couple of our requests. He truly became a part of our family. We will return again and highly recommend this property.

Not clean

My family and I arrived after the 4 pm check-in time and found the front door wide open. Unsure if we should enter we finally did and discovered a woman. She said she only had a few hours to clean and was just leaving. Additionally, she said would contact the host to tell him she had not finished and I would receive a discount. My family and I were surprised at the mess in the house, floors had debris all over, towels and linens were not washed, one bed had no pillows (we drove to town and bought some). I spent the first evening of my family holiday cleaning up after the previous guests. Upon attempting to make coffee the following morning we discovered moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Despite being a new home there are a number of items broken. An upstairs bathroom faucet drips and the garbage disposal was broken. I would only recommend if you are okay with cleaning the home before your stay. I did share my concerns with the host and was offered no solutions or discount as promised by the woman in the unit when I arrived.my family loves the area so we will be back, just at a different rental.

Gorgeous, Spacious & Sparking Clean

Our family loved staying at this very comfortable and spacious home. We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! We were so grateful to be able to bring our doggie along too. Just an amazing retreat!! Appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager as well!

Perfect anniversary getaway

We had our honeymoon in Neskowin 50 years ago, so delighted and blessed to celebrate this year in this fantastic new home with all the amenities you would ever need. We really appreciated the on-grade access, huge open great room, and traditional family home feel of the decor. The king size bed very comfortable. The design of this home is obviously well thought out, as the extra master suite and loft suite at the upper level make for a very versatile accommodation. I could see us coming back next year for a large family reunion. Thanks Norm Scott family !

Luxury Neskowin property strikes again!

Having stayed at this gorgeous property before, we knew it would be the perfect spot for our recent family’s visit to the PNW, especially considering our family friend who uses a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded of why we loved this place so much. The open-concept layout made it easy for everyone to move around comfortably and that accommodated wheelchair access seamlessly. The numerous covered porches were an added bonus, allowing us to relish the coastal breeze while staying sheltered from the elements. We enjoyed our morning coffees on our own covered porches, and then gathered in the common space to cook breakfast, play cards and make memories! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach, and the charming of the neighborhood and the beach is always a delight to explore. Its local neighboring coastal towns Lincoln city and Pacific city – there is plenty of attractions and places to dine minutes away! Overall, our stay at this luxury property exceeded our expectations once again. It perfectly balances quiet coastal setting with proximity to activities, making it an ideal retreat for families. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and accommodating getaway!

Fantastic stay!!

This was such a joy to my family and friends. This place accomadated all 9 of us wonderfully. The owner and his assistant Sharon where both very delightful and kind. The beach was spectacular and a really short walk to it from the house. Children delighted in seeing baby rabbits and baby deer. The rooms are huge and confortable. My inly wish and its minor compared to how great this place is, is that the bed was bit bigger in the kitchen room. Other than that, no complaints at all. My special thanks to our fine host Norman, who called to personally make sure we had everything we needed. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

Best House Ever

This was a family week long vacation. This house is amazing. The best house I have ever stayed at in the Oregon Coast. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked for your cooking needs. Each bedroom we used had an attached bathroom. One room had a kitchenette. My grandsons stayed in that room and called it their apartment. The internet worked great. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. We loved this house. So amazing. So comfortable.

Beautiful Location and Spacious Family Stay!

Staying at this beach house was an absolute dream! The location was stunning, with direct access to the beach. Close access to beautiful hiking and the most beautiful beach. The house was spacious and comfortable, accommodating my large family/extended family. The house itself has a beautiful layout, is brand-new and immaculately clean. It was lovely waking up eating breakfast on the deck and hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings surrounded by nature with the beach off in the distance. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations and created unforgettable memories.

This beach house has it all!

We spent three perfect nights at this beautifully designed and immaculately cared for beach house. It had everything we needed for a birthday getaway that included eight kids (from one to seventeen years old) and multiple generations. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew it would be a relaxing stay—comfortable furnishings, natural light throughout, spacious rooms, multiple private decks and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. My extended family loves to cook and we made gourmet meals together every night. Never imagined how handy a second big sink could be in the kitchen. :) Most importantly, the beach is a short stroll away, and this beach is absolutely stunning. If you go, exploring the caves around Proposal Rock during low tide is a must. The beach is so private, we felt as if it had been reserved all day just for us. Also, check-in was easy and Norm was a great host. Highly recommend this absolutely stunning Neskowin beach house!

Excellent stay in beautiful Neskowin

This is an excellent property with great hosts. Just a couple blocks from the beach you can feel the ocean breezes with the windows open. The property is large, very clean and comfortable. The mattress (always so important!) are very high quality and comfortable. Hosts left us some 4th of July decorations which was a nice touch. Will definitely be our go to place on the Oregon coast.

Great House at a Great Location

Owners were great to work with. Fantastic and timely communicators. The house is spacious and allows for lots of people to come together in the main room or retreat to individual rooms. The location is great. It's secluded and quiet but close to the town for a bite to eat. The beach is a 5 minute walk, at most. the beach is also fairly quaint and has limited access to it. The property has more than enough room for parking. The house is well stocked. The kitchen is big and ample for any cooking needs. There is only one guest bathroom so it requires the three on suite rooms to potentially share their bathrooms with other. It's a small issue.

Luxury means Luxury for everyone!

We had the absolute pleasure of escaping the Portland heat by heading to the coast. In our group was my husband and myself, our well behaved dog and three teenage boys. We all enjoyed every minute of this long weekend in the Scott’s home! Nestled along the coastline of Neskowin, Oregon, this luxury home offers an unparalleled retreat like setting. From the moment you pull up to the house you don’t notice it’s size! The design is so cozy but large enough for a larger group to have individual space – bedrooms have their own entertainment setup and dedicated bathroom and there are serval areas inside and out to hang and lounge of varying sizes! One of my favorites is the sitting area at the very top of the stairs looking out to the ocean through the trees and watching all the bunnies and deer passing through in the morning with a cup of coffee! The kitchen has a perfect flow of cooking and clean up for larger parties! Featuring a spacious island perfect for both casual meals and entertaining that include a large second sink! The house is fully stocked with pots and pans, proper cleaning supplies, spices and all of the expected items. The The living spaces are thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury for groups of any size. The main living room area is open and has comfy couches for enjoying the fireplace, tv or playing games! The expansive decks are perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying a cup of coffee. The property includes a fire pit along with skewers

Best ever

This property in a gated community is new and beautifully designed, furnished for maximum enjoyment. An easy, five minute walk to a nearly private, level beach provides unlimited walking opportunities or just reclining on the silky sand. The state of the art home construction provides accommodations for multple friends/family members to enjoy the house with private, master quarters. Fully furnished kitchen, dining area and open concept allows for additional comfort. This house is awesome and the owners have spared no effort to ensure a wonderful lodging experience.

PERFECT FAMILY OREGON COAST GET-AWAY!

Beautiful home with lots of space for multi-generational families to engage together or have "private time" on their own. Well stocked main kitchen and dining area, a big living room with cozy fireplace, smart T.V., kids books. Wonderful bedrooms with comfy beds, private baths. Ample parking for each level, and a close walk to the beach. Nicely appointed with everything you could need for up to 12 people. And the Scott's (owners) were so lovely to work with! You'll not regret staying here at the beautiful Neskowin South Beach area in this stunning 3-story home!
