You’re a short drive or boat ride from Lanier Islands/Margaritaville, where you can golf or visit the water park. If Margaritaville is hosting fireworks, they can be seen from one of our docks. In the cooler months, enjoy the "Magical Nights of Lights" and "Snow Island," featuring a 7-mile tour of light displays and holiday attractions.

🚤 Boating & Water Activities
Rent a boat or jet skis at Holiday Marina, or bring your own and tie up at our dock (there’s a boat ramp across the cove at Lanier Harbor Marina). You can also relax on the dock and enjoy the sunsets from our two swings or provided chairs. During your stay, you’ll have access to two kayaks (with backrests) and two paddleboards on our large NO-WAKE cove.

🏡 Spacious Home with Personal Touch
Enjoy over 3,000 sq. ft. of open space with plenty of privacy and areas to relax. This is our personal home and our only rental, so we aim to provide a personalized experience.

🐾 Pets
Please disclose any pets joining you at the time of reservation. We allow up to two well-mannered, house-trained dogs of any size (Sorry, no cats due to allergies). Unfortunately, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers are not allowed due to insurance liability. The pet fee is $200.00 for 1-2 dogs.

Four of the five bedrooms have their own TVs, plus TVs in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. All TVs include Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The main living area and main bedroom TVs also have Hulu, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and Apple TV. Feel free to use our accounts or our extensive Apple Movie Library (over 700 movies)—just no purchases, please!

1 GB internet reaches all the way to the dock.
⭐ Boat Off-Limits: The owner's boat at the dock is strictly off-limits. A $2,000 fine plus any additional damages will be imposed if tampered with.

⭐ Respect the Neighbors: No loud parties or excessive noise late at night. Neighbors are reasonable but will call the police if disturbed. Parties will result in an instant cancellation of the reservation.

⭐ Security: For your safety, we've installed a Ring Doorbell and a camera at the dock. No interior cameras are present.

⭐ Pets: Please disclose pets at the time of reservation. Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, and Rottweilers are not allowed due to insurance liability. No cats are allowed due to allergies. Gwinnett County law requires dogs to be on a leash. The pet fee is $200.00 for 1-2 dogs.

⭐ Parking: No street parking due to narrow roads. The driveway accommodates up to 4 large SUVs.

⭐ Safety Precautions: Be cautious around the property’s uneven surfaces, slopes, and steps, especially with children. Water activities and dock access come with inherent risks; take appropriate safety measures. Children under 13 should wear a life jacket, which we provide (sizes may vary).
