Guests can access the home through the back deck and front patio. Full access to the home and yard space is granted (no shared spaces - the entire home is occupied by your party alone). Access to Downtown Buford.

Although we love the charm of the historic railway nearby, we understand it can be a bit loud at times. We provide sound machines to help with any noise. 🎶

🌟 Pet Policy: Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns. We welcome up to 2 pets, with a fee of $150. Please note that, due to the size of the house, we cannot accommodate more than 2 pets. Service pets are free. However, we do charge a small cleaning fee to repay the cleaner.
- When leaving the house, please crate your dog(s) or place them in the laundry room, and remember to pick up after them after your stay. We provide pet blankets and towels; please use them and, as much as possible, keep pets off the furniture. 🐾
🌟 We’ve stocked paper products to get you started. For stays longer than four days, guests are responsible for additional supplies.

🌟 No food or drink in the bedrooms, please.
🌟 No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors/windows. Dispose of cigarette butts properly—cleanup fees apply if found in the yard.

🌟 Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the beds unless you place a pet blanket down first.
