Beautiful and fresh 2-bedroom apartment with breathtaking sea view, modern decor and totally equipped with all the amenities of an upscale home. Located 25 minutes from the airport and just a 10 minutes ride from the Colonial Zone (the heart of the city). 2 private parking spots, with 24-hour security and an amazing pool. This condo is perfect for couples, families, business travelers or anyone who wants to have a good time and relax while getting to know the exciting city of Santo Domingo.
It’s a spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath apartment:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances; refrigerator, stove with oven, toaster, blender, dishes for 8 and all utensils needed to spend unforgettable days with family and friends.
Guest can access and enjoy the whole apartment, plus the common areas of the building, including a pool with chair-longs, as well as a tennis court and other amenities.
The area feels very safe around the apartment, there are grocery stores and supermarkets nearby and the building has secured parking space, security cameras in common areas, entrance door with remote control and security is 24/7.
UBER is the best way to get around.
The building is equipped with surveillance cameras and is remote control access enabled with 24 hour security/doorman and private, secure, parking.
Santo Domingo is prone to power outages. The apartment is equipped with a backup inverter that powers the lights and outlets. However, during the power outages, the ACs, microwave, washer/dryer and refrigerator are not available.
The pool is open Wednesday through Monday between 9am and 7pm. It is closed Tuesday for maintenance.
There is a new tower being built next to this condo. Construction noise may be heard during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday7am-5pm and 7am- 1pm on Saturday.
- It is strictly forbidden to make parties or events in the property.
- You Must Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
- All guest must follow and comply with all terms of Residencial Torres Catalanas condominium policies.
- All guest agreed to all terms of service on Airbnb and must have a valid working phone number.
- There’s a US$50.00 charge for lost keys, remote or keycard.
- Any towels, sheets, covers found stained or damaged have a $30 fee each.
- Occupancy limit: 6
- Any number of people more than this occupancy limit will be vacated.
- Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at any time during their stay.
- All overnight visitors must be declared in the reservation. There is a $10 fee per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors who stay longer than 4 hours are considered guests and subject to the same consideration as overnight guests.
- There is an undeclared guest fee of US$20 per guest per night.
- Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
- The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property.
- It’s strictly forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property. Any person who is caught using it, is subject to be expelled from the apartment since by law they are prohibited.
- Loud speakers are prohibited inside the apartment, pool area, and common social areas of Torres Catalanas.
- Any hookah or loud speaker will be seized and returned to its owners at the time of check-out.
- Smoking fee is US$200
- Additional cleaning fee will be charged for an extremely dirty home:
To be applied if the apartment is left extremely dirty after checkout, beyond what a courteous guest would normally leave a home: dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive amount of trash, stains in the floors or walls…
-Late check-out fee: 30 minutes after checkout time US$50 and after 2 hours the charge will be for an additional day. But this fee does not award you possession for the additional day, it’s just a penalty for holding possession beyond what you’re supposed to, because you could negatively affect a future reservation.
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this complaint to us or to Airbnb you’re authorizing us to come into the property and to solve the problem, fix or repair whatever’s broken and or make the home clean up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there’s something you esteem unsuitable and needs remedy.
-Violations of these house rules are grounds for booking cancelation and removal from the property without refunds.
