This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

Basic cooking items, including pots and pans. High speed internet and streaming are available.
Fully equipped bathroom. Ensuite laundry with detergent and sheets included.

Please note that our unit is in the heart of Vancouver and many sites and locations are easily accessible. However with living in Downtown Vancouver, there might be some street noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Great experience, but bring earplugs 😉

Had a great stay during my vacation in Vancouver. The check-in process was great, the view at day and night is really good and the apartment is right in the center with everything easy to walk to in a few minutes. But there are some cons to mention as well: My expectations were high and I was a little disappointed by the just standard furniture and inventory. Also the towels had list some color probably by some drops of bath cleaner, but they were washed and clean. Also I would have loved an A/C. It gets very warm up there, so you have to open the windows. But it is also located right in a party district, so it is noisy, especially with opened windows. I was prepared for that and brought some good sleeping earplugs and also did party myself in the locations nearby 😉 Would still definitely recommend if you want some big city life experience.

Schöne zentrale Lage, Supermarkt und Alkohol Shop gegenüber, alles in gutem Zustand, etwas abgewohnt, zu empfehlen. Preis etwas zu hoch.

Dirty and damaged!!!

Upon check-in, we were shocked to discover the coach had dirt stains and holes in it. The pots and pans had the nonstick coating, literally peeling off mildew and stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, found long strands of black hair and dirt on the dishes in the cupboard, no face cloths. Unfinished drywall repairs, missing hooks on walls to hang stuff in bathroom and a fan that didn’t work and would defend you if you had it on. Try to reach out to the host with these issues as my wife did not feel comfortable staying there, but he did not reply. Sent several messages and the only reply I got was him thanking me for my stay. Worst experience I have ever had renting a place only thing going for this look Unit is location.

NOT Recommended

I cannot recommend this property. While most places have a check-out time of 11 AM, this one was 10 AM. When I requested a late check-out, it felt like I was asking for a huge favor just to get an extra hour. Even after getting the extension, the cleaner showed up at 10:30 AM, opened my door without knocking, and argued with me about leaving, despite my prior arrangement with the host. She then stood outside, talking loudly on her phone while I packed up.Furthermore, the property was not as modern as it appeared in the photos. There were chipped walls everywhere, the furniture was dated, and the shower water sputtered. The bathroom tap barely had any water pressure at all. If you don’t mind outdated conditions and poor service, then go ahead and book, but I definitely won’t be returning.

You should refresh your apartment

The apartment looks very tired. Lots of small nuances that catch the eye. I don't want to describe all the shortcomings here, but if the owner is interested, I'll write to him personally.Overall, I liked the apartment. Pros: bedroom on the second floor, huge windows, location in downtown.I recommend that you simply refresh the interior of the bathroom, kitchen and living room. And also replace the bath towels (these are stained). Cons: terrible lighting in the living room (add more light). Noisy in the evenings from the street. In my opinion, the price is too high.

Cutely appointed, but noisy!

This is a cutely appointed condo in the heart of a busy area of town. We specifically chose this location for its convenient access to BC place, as we were in town for an event there. That, we definitely got! Super easy stroll to BC place. The condo was airy and bright, which was nice. Wish the bathroom was more updated and the kitchen better stocked. For 850 a night, the host didn't even bother to leave us with some creamer for our morning coffee. While you're in the heart of a busy part of town, I was surprised at how well we could hear the street performers downstairs into 2am. I kept checking to see if there was a window open, that's how clear we could hear them. Turns out all windows were shut, but seems like they're all single-pane which made the city sounds, well, a huge pain. Hard to sleep. Bed not super comfortable, bedding a little musty. I think that with very minimum TLC, the host can significantly upgrade the stay! Thanks, we have a fabulous weekend!

Great Stay for Concert

Great location; however quite noisy on a Friday evening. Short walking distance to many dining venues and shopping. The property can use a bit of refreshing; i.e. linen, drawer space for storage of linen, hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom. The bed is upstairs (loft) and the bathroom is downstairs if that is a concern for anyone.

The location was great but we struggled with a few aspects. The sofa bed is a pull out bed and we found it to be VERY uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. There’s no air-conditioning and it was 32°C when we stayed there. The main bed is on the mezzanine floor upstairs and theres no ceiling fan or air-con provided (a pedestal fan is available but this didn’t help much) so we were very hot and found it difficult to sleep. There's also no ceiling light and given the stairs are painted black, it made it very difficult to walk down the stairs in the middle of the night without waking up people sleeping below (the toilet is downstairs). One key and fob is provided which made things extremely difficult when travelling with four adults. This is needed to enter the building so it was difficult when coming back home again. Also, I’m not sure what would happen if you lost this key! I found communication with the owner was fantastic to begin with, but once we were at the apartment there was no communication. We initially had trouble accessing the property. No support was given from the owner whatsoever. The key needs to be picked up a block away, which is something that needs organising when you have luggage and are jet lagged. The windows open out from the bottom and there’s no screens. Given the apartment is on the 10th floor, this would be a major safety issue if you were travelling with young children. We would not stay in this apartment again.

Location is Everything

This property is perfectly located, very handy to pubs, restaurants, theatres, transit, and shopping. The unit itself is roomy and bright. The kitchen/dining area is clean and adequate, the loft bed is comfortable, and the living room area overlooks the bright colourful lights of the city. You do hear the city life from the apartment, but nothing that should detract from one’s stay. To get to the property from the airport is extremely simple via the skytrain. The system to pick up the keys and drop them off again was easy and efficient.
