Parking: Ample parking for six cars and a trailer or boat. Please refrain from parking on the street.

Living Space: A thoughtfully curated two-story design with expansive views, two viewing decks, three bedrooms, and an overstocked kitchen.
Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, a pressure cooker/air fryer, blender, waffle maker, and a comprehensive selection of cookware. A coffee bar with a Keurig Duo and espresso setup will delight coffee enthusiasts.
Dining: Both indoor and outdoor dining options, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Bedrooms: The main level includes a bedroom with a purple memory foam mattress and luxury linens. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, with an extra bonus lounge featuring two large bunk beds for additional sleeping space.
Outdoor Features:
Decks & Patios: Two levels of decks with sectionals, dining areas, and a yoga mat. The lower patio includes a stainless steel grill and binoculars for stunning views.
Hot Tub & Firepit: Enjoy the hot tub, cleaned after each guest, and a large stone firepit with Adirondack chairs and firewood provided for cozy nights around the campfire.
Special Amenities:
Allergen-Free Environment: The home is free of feathers, down, and carpeting, with an I-wave R ionizer installed for air purification. The property is not suitable for pets.
Infant-Friendly: A pack-n-play, high chair, potty seat, and outlet protectors are available in the primary bedroom’s walk-in closet.
Safety: The property features a Nest Doorbell with an exterior security camera at the front entrance. This is the only camera and does not record interior spaces.

Getting Around:
Though it is an exclusive mountain community with great privacy, our neighborhood is conveniently located right off Central Avenue. This main road provides easy access to Lake Hamilton, Oaklawn Casino, and Hot Springs National Park. We are close to everything you need. Scroll to the bottom for mileage to various locations.

Check-In Instructions: Review our check-in instructions before arrival. They include a gate code for entry into the neighborhood and codes for self-check-in at the house.
Road Access: The road up the mountain is steep with two switchbacks before reaching our side road. Ensure your vehicle can handle the incline, especially if towing. Extreme winter conditions can occasionally make the road impassable. Please contact us in advance if you have any concerns.
Parking: Ample parking for 6 cars and a trailer or boat is available. No parking on the street.

Property Layout:
First Floor: Features a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. You'll also find the hot tub, grill, and fire pit here.
Upper Levels: Two of the three bedrooms, the second living room with XL bunks, and the top deck are accessible by stairs. This may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.
Safety and Access:
Security: The property is equipped with a Nest Doorbell device that includes an exterior security camera facing the front entry. This is the only camera on the property and does not monitor interior spaces. It records video only when motion is detected or the doorbell button is pressed.
Driveway: The road up the mountain is short but steep and winding, offering stunning views. If you’re towing something or have concerns, please contact us before arrival. Be aware that rare winter storms can occasionally make the road impassable. Check the weather before your stay and plan accordingly. Contact us if you have concerns.
Outdoor Amenities:
Fire Pit: A well-sized fire pit with 5 Adirondack chairs is available. You will need to purchase your own firewood and kindling prior to arrival. Bundles are available at Harps Grocery, located 2.6 miles away.
Check-in Form: Vacation Fun Times requires guests to review and fill out our check-in form for processing access to the property.
Early Check-In: If you plan to arrive earlier than our standard 4 PM check-in time, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Early check-in is subject to availability and confirmation from our cleaning team.
Security Deposit:
We collect a $500 security deposit which is just a card hold and this will be released 24 hours after checkout once our cleaners have confirmed that no damages nor extra cleaning was incurred.
