The positive: If you enjoy an older neighborhood close to uptown Charlotte the location is ideal. We needed to stay an extra day and the host was able to accommodate our request quickly. The apartment was spacious and would have been great for two couples (it ended up only being me and my husband) Cons: Our in the tub and very slow drain and a re With fruit fliesproblem with fruit flies

Easy Access to Uptown

The property is nice and simple. No water except from the tap, but really relaxing place to stay. Responsive owner. Easy walk to Uptown and BoA Stadium. Really enjoy it here Owner

Weekend Getaway

The property was in a great location close enough to downtown that I was able to easily walk to most of the bars, restaurants, etc and not have to worry about driving or Ubering unless I especially wanted to. The property was super quiet, well furnished and an amazing price for the weekend. I’m definitely gonna have to keep this one in mind for any future endeavors to Charlotte.

Everything we needed for a visit to uptown Charlotte. Easy check in, comfortable condo, parking on site, and easy walk to restaurants and stadiums.

COUCH CAN SLEEP 2 PEOPLE!

We were so close to EVERYTHING and the apartment was really nice and comfortable! Couch is big enough for 2 ppl to sleep ! Nice and modern! Nice sized beds! Bathrooms area is a little small but manageable

We loved the property. It was a convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Just don't step on the grass, the neighbors don't seem to curb their dogs, at all.

Great Charlotte Location

The family enjoyed our stay. My husband loved the big screen TV in living room. Great downtown location. Host was very helpful. Would stay again next time in area.
