Dieses 2300 m² große Stadthaus ist einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Short Sands Beach und den York Beach Shops und Restaurants entfernt. Mit Parkplatz für 3 Autos und einem 1- Garage, kann dieses Haus bequem Platz für mehrere Familien. Der erste Stock verfügt über ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa, Badezimmer mit WC und Wäscherei. Die Open-Konzept Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine moderne Küche, eine Bar Sitzgelegenheiten für 4, Esszimmer Sitzmöglichkeiten für 8, 2 Sitzecken, ein Deck, Vollbad und ein Queen-Schlafzimmer. Die dritte Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (Hauptschlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Vollbad, Queen-Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten) und ein weiteres Vollbad. Es gibt auch eine Dusche im Freien, Sandspielzeug, und überdachte Lagerfläche.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great vacation with family. Accommodations were great for our family. Able to walk to beach with toddlers and if needed return for naps/breaks for them. I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect location and great family home!

The house has a great layout for a multi generational group. We stayed with our 3 adult children their spouses and 3 grandchildren, House was clean and well stocked and walking distance to each, playground, restaurants etc,

Great Location

This place had everything we needed and more. There were many times when we said 'Wow, they have a...'. The walk to the beach and downtown was super close. Communication with Sheila was smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Family Vacation Place

This is our second summer vacation week at this condo. So much to do for children just inside the house - toys, games, books, movie DVDs, and a short walk to everything including the beach and stores near Short Sands Beach. Our host is extremely responsive and answers texts immediately. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a griddle! I can't say enough positive things about the condo or our host. It was awesome!

Home Away From Home

This house is amazing. We stayed here mid-July 2023 with our family of 5 (two adults, two teens and a tween). This was our third time staying here, and when we walked in the kids said it felt like our home away from home. As always, the house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We have stayed here previously with 9 people and there is space for everyone to spread out, but also areas to congregate for socializing, game time or movie night. It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach or the center of town. Overall, the house and location can’t be beat and Sheila is wonderful to work with. TL;DR This house is awesome and you should rent it!

Beautiful Week @ Short Sands

Another Fabulous week at Sheila’s Beautiful Beach House!! This was our second year renting from Sheila, soon to be third, we could not ask for a better place to enjoy York Beach. The house is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops. Our two families have rented for the past 16 years in York Beach so we are thrilled that we found this gem that provides a comfortable space for all ten of us to relax. Sheila is a Wonderful Host & thinks of everything to make your stay Fabulous.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This rental has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. Amazing location!! Just steps away from Short Sands beach and Long Sands is a short drive away. Sheila is a warm and welcoming host and her rental has so much space to spread out. It’s extremely clean and cozy and fully stocked, including all the beach essentials you’ll need for your stay. You’re also just steps away from all the cute little shops, restaurants and arcade. Highly recommend Sheila’s rental. My family made some amazing memories on this trip that will last a lifetime!

Great stay at York Beach

Great location and Nice clean property

We loved this property. Very clean lots of room for my family. 6 Adults, two 3 yr olds and 1 yr old. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. We parked our cars and never needed to used them again all week. Shorts sands beach is about 100 yds , we were about 5 houses from the town shops and restaurants. Also the zoo is right in town. My grandsons loved the zoo. We would definitely recommend this property. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Sheila was great. Thank you Sheila we will definitely be back. Linda , Gary and family

Great Place-Perfect Location!

We make our way to York beach a few times every summer. We love the area and were looking for a place close to Short Sands and accommodating for 10-12 people. Sheila's home nailed it! The driveway is right off main street with plenty of room for 2-3 cars. Downtown and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Close enough to the beach, yet far enough away to be quiet and quaint when at the house. Sheila was very easy to communicate with. Check-In and Check-Out was contactless and easy. The townhouse is bigger that it looks in the pictures. There is plenty of room for large groups. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not have kids with us, but it we did there is a lot there for them. Games, toys, books, movies, beach toys. We really enjoyed this home and hope to be back again!

We had the BEST stay at this Beautiful Home!! So clean & comfortable with a great layout for our two families to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Perfect location!! Great find!

The house was amazing. Sheila made the whole process easy. She responded to all my questions within hours. The house was clean, close to the beach, and full of so many extra perks. There were tons of kid toys, books, and movies. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and linens. There was plenty of room for our whole family. We will definitely stay again!

Great house!

The house was wonderful! It was spacious enough for 2 families total of 8 people and you could probably and another family! It was a 5min walk to the beach/shops and zoo! They had everything we needed for our stay. The only complaint we had was that the bed were hard and a bit uncomfortable. But the house was great and we had a wonderful time!!!!

A wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Modern, very comfortable and nicely furnished.

A very pleasant experience. Sheila's house has everything you could ever want. The beds are all very comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean. A short walk into town and to the beach makes this property an ideal place to stay. Can't praise it enough.

Another excellent stay!

This is our second year renting this property, which already tells you that the experience is excellent! The townhome style is perfect for our family's needs; everyone has space while still being under one roof. And you can't beat the proximity to the beach and downtown York. In this new COVID world, we felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The check-in and check-out process is contactless and the home was spotless on arrival. The week we stayed in York happened to be incredibly hot/humid and the AC system in this house is a godsend. Sheila is super easy to connect with via VRBO messages/text-a wonderful host and I would highly recommend her home!

Loved our stay-perfect location!

Sheila's home was perfect for our stay. The townhouse style allowed the families to each have their own space while still being together. The location is perfect; walkable to the downtown area and beach. We brought our own beach gear, but Sheila had a selection for visitors to grab a chair and walk to the beach. We had one small maintenance hiccup and Sheila's response time and the response time of her vendor was impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful townhouse

We spent a week vacation with our two children, four grandchildren, daughter-in-law and son-in-law at this lovely townhouse in July. It was everything that it stated in the description. We found the townhouse immaculate and well appointed with everything you would need. Sheila could not have been nicer and was always available if we had any questions.
